Review: Rented 3 limousines and a limousine bus for my daughters wedding.(1) limo showed up 35 minutes late for a pickup...disrupted the wedding ceremony since it had to start late. 2nd limo never showed... Inconvenienced the bride ... Brides mother .... 3rd limo shows for bridesmaids.... So bride and mother needs to squeeze into this limo.., so now 12 people in a 10 passenger limo.....we paid for a white runner for the bride...runner installed improperly...no tape to keep it from ' moving'....people tripping as they went down aisle...priest stopped ceremony so no one would get hurt....to remove runner ! The limo bus shows at 3pm....where we paid for 4 hours of use... To take bride, groom and bridal party to wedding venue....but also needed the bus to transport guests to and from a hotel.... Limo bus left at 5:00 pm.....guests were not transported properly or in a timely fashion ....communication between me and Coachman went on during entire afternoon of wedding .., expressing my concerns and displeasure. I was assured that they would compensate me in the form of some sort of refund....on the Monday after wedding.., when I went there in person...with my daughter... The Bride.... I was appalled at their lack of concern....and their memory loss

of giving me a credit. I am disgusted that I recommended them.... Their lack of professionalism and not caring about how upsetting this was...blew me away.Desired Settlement: I do believe without a shadow of a doubt that I desire a credit of $750.00, which is 1/2 what I paid

Services were not rendered in the way the contract was agreed to. This was my wedding gift to my daughter and I am devastated that it upset my daughter on the most important day of her life.

Review: We hired Coachman Luxury Transport to transport a group of 12 people from Manhattan, NY to Philadelphia. When booking the service, it was clearly communicated that this was a high-profile group that needed top-notch service.

After the bus showed up half an hour late, the driver knew nothing about how the bus operated (later to find out that this was his first day on the job). The bus was practically held together with duct tape - which was not reflected in the photos the company provided when we booked. I later found out that the original bus they were sending had broken down that day, so this was a different bus which was - again - never communicated. The bus had broken blinds, broken A/V system, broken A/C (on a hot and muggy day), no sanitizer in the bathroom for personal hygiene, lighting was falling from the ceiling and there were multiple tears in the leather seats. The bus also smelled of smoke.

At the end of the night, we boarded the bus to go from Philadelphia back to NYC. Half and hour out of Philadelphia the bus began to stall, and the driver told me that the belt was broken. I asked the driver when exactly he was aware that the belt was broken and he said before we left Philadelphia. So we were on a busy highway driving with a broken bus that the driver said, and I quote "I'm having some trouble steering." There were 12 people aboard a known-to-be broken bus going 60mph down a highway -- without steering control.

No one was injured.Desired Settlement: We will not be paying for the services rendered, as the services were not completed.
