Review: I paid 35 for my daughter to take their inking drivers Ed course. After completion we are supposed to get a form to take to [redacted] showing she completed the course. It has been two months. We have not recieved the paper nor will they reply to my calls or emails. I found reviews on [redacted] where others had this same problem. Wish I would have read reviews before I paid for this service.Desired Settlement: I'd like my daughters certificate or a refund. Her name is [redacted] and she completed the oblong course two months ago.

Business Response: " I already send this consumer the certificate twice. I went on a cruise and when I returned I called her to see if she wanted to stop by and pick it up or if she wanted me to mail it. She chose to mail it. Then a week, maybe two weeks later she called and stated that she did not receive it. I asked again f she wanted to stop by and pick it up or if she wanted me to mail it. She chose to mail it. I sent out 6 other certificates and checks out that day and I called every single person to make sure they received what I sent and they all confirmed that they got it except for her. This is now the second time. Then I get the complaint so today I went by her house and dropped off the certificate. A woman with curly hair and tattoos on her chest answered the door. I asked for [redacted] and she confirmed it was her. I handed her the certificate and asked her if she got the other 2 same certificates and she said that she got 1. But she never called and stated that she got it. She filed a complaint and already had the certificate at that point. This matter is closed and resolved. Now she has two copies of the same certificate. "

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. " I did receive the certificate today , he stopped by my house and gave me one, and the certofocate that was sent in the mail I finally got it last week. All is resolved and the complaint can now be closed as resolved."
