General Sales Manager Michael Brenner authorized sending a bottle of touch up paint. The Vin specific touch up paint will be shipped direct to the address listed on this document.  He stated if a vehicle has a "we owe" status it needs to be addressed within 30 days.

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11783829, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I did message and call the dealership before 30 days of a "We Owe" status and thereafter on multiple occasions.  I was informed Leson would take care of the paint chip issue without fail by the Salesman, Service Manager, General Manager.  I was never informed of a 30 day "We Owe" Policy----NEVERThe offer of Touch Up Paint is not acceptable because the chips of paint are beyond touch up condition.  Body work/painting is required to have them repaired to NEW body condition. Attachments PROVE that I have made contact with the Salesman on numerous occasions-before the "30day We Owe Policy" that was never mentioned to me.PROOF is attached that the GM offered to PAINT the chips not touch up paint- but I would have to drive to Leson for repair.Unfortunately this does not include multiple phone calls, voice mail, text/calls from Greg, on other numerous dates.

Leson Chevrolet will provide new tires and rims on Mr.Bocian's vehicle. Pictures of the wheels and tires were provided to the customer and he agreed to have  them installed. Customer has an appointment scheduled Tuesday Aug. 16th @ Leson Chevrolet.

Customer returned with the vehicle on Tuesday August 4, 2015. Repair Order # 507788. Vehicle Mileage was 153,191. We could not get the condition to duplicate for a few days after performing diagnostics. We finally was able to duplicate the condition on Friday August 7,...

2015.  We found the key would not come out of the cylinder because the shifter solenoid circuit would short out. We replaced the shifter solenoid at no charge to our customer. Road tested the vehicle for 12 miles afterwards. Problem resolved. No additional charges to our customer.Condition Resolved.Please update fileThanks[redacted]

I reject the response because I was told that I would be receiving a copy that was understandable on at least 3 occasions when I called. The hold up was supposedly because he(Shane or chad was his name in the service dept. that I had contact with)was supposed to write up something that I could understand. If this is what I was waiting for, what was the wait for? This is not a shade tree mechanic shop. What kind of business gives a diagnosis that looks like this?Who in the world could understand what's written on this "diagnosis report"? I need something that can be understood when it's read. My car was supposedly diagnosed and I need an official diagnosis report showing the issues that I was told was wrong with my car. This is not acceptable. If this car was being fixed by Leson Chev at 100% then I MIGHT accept this but its not. This is not professional at all and I am tired of getting the run around for something that should be simple to give me.

Please review the attachment. The final payoff was sent out 01/25/2018 by Fed X and Received 01/26/2018. Tracking number is listed on the document.  Unfortunately, we had almost our entire accounting department out with sickness and surgery.  I would like to apologize for any inconvenience...
