My experience with Coast Coast was so amazing, I have to write a review I received an email about their ability to help me with my Ocwen mortgage, and of course I was skeptical; however, I called them and was quickly reassured I was dealing with competent, ethical individuals This company changed my life with their efforts to reduce my interest rate from 7.87% to 2.995% for the life of my loan and was able to get me a principal reduction on my mortgage of $130, My dealings with the company were effortless and the process was seamless I was told upfront what issues we could run into, and thankfully we ran into none of them
I have complete confidence in Coast Coast and highly recommend them They have changed my life My mortgage payment was dropped by over $1,a month and I no longer will have the stress of coming up with this huge sum every month I was barely afloat and now can rest easy I can't say enough great things about Coast Coast and the entire experience I had with them I am forever grateful for what they have done for me I hope they can help you as well

I've had a fixed year rental property mortgage with Ocwen, with an interest rate of 5.75% Because it is a rental (two family house), I did not think I could improve on that rate A representative of Ocwen contacted me in the Spring of 2016, and explained that they worked with numerous customers of Ocwen in getting their rates reduced Naturally I was skeptical, but I listened to their proposal, which guaranteed that I don't spend one cent on the process unless they are successful, AND I agree to accept the mortgage rate deduction offered by Ocwen I checked them out in Revdex.com, and started the process in September Ray L handled my case, and advised that he would handle all interactions with Ocwen, I didn't have to do anything after sending C2C some information That's exactly what happened - I kept Ray apprised of any letters I received from Ocwen, and on November I received a package from Ocwen explaining my new rate It was 3.55%, which was fantastic for a rental property My savings per month is $212, which means that C2C's fee will be offset with lower interest in less than months This is a loan modification, not a new mortgage, so there were no closing costs of any kind

I worked with Ray and had my mortgage modified and He was great, had to try it twice but @ the end I had a great deal with a savings of dollarsGreatly appreciativeload off my shoulders

I would like to take this time to give parise to Coast to Coast for assisting us in saving our home form the evil's of OCWEN LLC. We had a financial situation that was inevitable and were unsucessful with OCWEN multiple times trying to remodify our mortgage. There was no light at the end of the tunnel dealing with this lender. We received a call from the rep Ray L. He was very helpful and assuring at the beggining, during and at the end of the processs. It was trying at times, with frustration setting at times. The thought and feeling of unsecurity of the unknown. Ray was great throughout the process. He was there when I needed a comforting phone call to reassure me that proces was moving in the positive direction. Til finally after a few going back on forths with needed information we were able to assure a modification with lower payments. I was so impressed with their service. We've begun the process with my parents residence as well. I would highly recommend them for your needs to modify your loans of your residence. They are very professional and courteous and attentive to resolving the issues that by no ones desire to fall behindin their mortgages from unforseen reasons. This review is to make you aware of the exceptional customer service provided to us by Coast 2 Coast Services. I received a call from [redacted] who made a cold telephone call to me in August to advise of the services Coast to Coast provides. Normally, I would thank the caller tell them I am not interested and hang up since I was caught in scam and lost $2,000. However, [redacted] had a way of quickly making me aware that he was knowledgeable. He came across as friendly, and convinced me to trust and follow through with the loan modification that the service that was being offered was real. [redacted] held my hand throughout the process and handled business with My lender. The loan modification resulted in lowering the interest rate and our mortgage payment by $700.00 per month and locked me into a fixed rate instead of the adjustable I was in. This is great, because we were paying the property taxes and insurance out of pocket each year. Now it is all escrow and the payment is much less. I was skeptical at first, but Mike B put me at ease. They did all the work, all I had to do was submit the requested documents. He worked to get me approved. Coast2Coast helped us get a reduced interest rate of 2% on our home mortgage. These guys are professionals. They contacted us with a real offer to help us to reduce our interest rate; they were fast and knowledgeable of the process. They were available and gave us sound guidance at every step. They didn't promise anything they couldn't deliver. In the end we got exactly what they promised - a 2% interest rate and better on our home mortgage.

When [redacted] Knudsen from Coast 2 Coast first contacted me I was skeptical to say the least. Based on past experiences with refinancing and mortgage companies, I was initially not interested and was not a believer of this program. Once it was explained to me and I verified the information I jumped in with both feet. [redacted] and [redacted] made the process as painless as possible and honestly I had to do very little. From start to finish I believe it took approximately 10 days and I was approved for the modification.

I received a call from this company and decided I did not have anything to loose since they did not require payment unless you received a successful modification. I work in the industry and had 2 bad experiences paying for modifications several years ago and I also know how long and difficult it is to get a modification. Since I only had something to gain I decided to let them do the job. I have 2 loans with [redacted] they are adjustable and the homes are underwater. Coast to Coast was able to get [redacted] to approve a modification on both of them with 2% interest fixed for the life of the loan and one of the has a differed amount not included in the payments. I am saving hundreds of dollars a month and many thousands over the life of the loan. They did exactly what they said they would do. I skipped 2 payments due to the modification terms and that covered the fee they charged. I couldn't have done it without them. They were friendly and awesome and more than worth the fee! Anyone with an [redacted] loan should give it a try.

I was first contacted by Mr. Ray L concerning my current mortgage holder, Ocwen. Initially, I thought this was a scam. As a retired law enforement officer for the state of NJ, I still have many contacts within the force. I called upon my fellow officers from our fraud division, to investiagte this company, when they were not working on active cases. It took a few days, but they got back to me stating this company had a "clean sheet"-meaning no cases filed against it. At that point, I proceeded with Mr. L  plan, and subsequently he got me a great break on my current mortgage rate which he got dropped from 6.7% to 2.0047%. You can't beat that with s a stick! This is a legitimate company that delivers what it promises.

Coast2coast Services helped me with my loan modification. They promised that they would help and they did. They were there every time I called and had a question, and they didn't want to be paid until the modification had gotten approved . They were patient with me and took care of me very well. I would have lost my house if it wasn't for their help.

It has been a week since I received a call from Mike giving me the best news of my life after initial conversation with Ray two weeks earlier at Coast 2 Coast Home Services, Inc. I had answered many of calls and emails from companies saying they could refinance my mortgage, then soon after letdown and disappointment.
I figured give it one more try after receiving an email from Coast 2 Coast. I spoke to Ray and with some reluctance I sent the requested documentation. Soon after Mike called me and explained to me what to expect and requested few more documents. Two weeks later Mike called me with a proposal from my lending company impossible to ignore. The process could not be easier. The results were better than I could ever dream. You need to call them NOW!
