We always provide our customers with an estimate prior to doing repairs on their vehicle.
You were given and agreed to this estimate prior to us ordering parts and repairing your vehicle.
We never charge someone a higher rate because they were broke down from out of our town.

We sold it to you at their published list price. We use the this pricing model to be consistent in our...
business. We would never adjust our pricing to be higher for customers that live out of our area.
This Manufactures List Price can easily be verified online.
The price that you found on the internet is hundreds less than we paid for the part.
I suspect there are parts warehouses, and dealers that choose to liquidate parts online at below cost to get some of their money back if they have a part in stock that they can't sell.
I am sorry that you feel you paid too much, we only charged you what the manufacture has set as the retail price. As a new car dealership we have found that we best serve our customers by providing OEM parts direct from our manufactures parts source.
This enables us to do warranty repairs and adjustments for the work we preform. In many cases when parts are bought off the internet they don't have the same warranty protections if any at all.
