I took my car into Master Transmission to have the Transmission fluid level checked and possibly flushed and filled if needed on Thursday August 2nd at 10:AM expecting to hear back in a few hour that my car was done.  At 6:PM on August 2nd I called the shop only to find they were closed for the day.  I phoned back on Friday August 3rd at 10:AM for an update, and was told my transmission was fine and the fluid levels were where they needed to be and that they ran a full diagnostic and all systems checked out just fine so my car was ready and I could come pick it up when I wanted.  I was excited and my husband and I were on our way out the door to get the car when they called back minutes later to say they noticed a small leak in the water pump.  After speaking with PJ (the Owner) I agreed to have him work with Reliable Protection, the company we had purchased the extended warranty with to see if the water pump would be covered.   I
