Coast Car Wash

Review: On 7/29/14 at 8:30am I took my brand new 2014 Ford Explore to have it washed at Coast Car Wash in Oceanside, CA. I had the wash service listed as Coast car wash which included full detail, wash and wax. Upon receiving the car back I notice a few hours later that the front center console had been deeply scratched by the workers at the car wash. They had also damaged my car charger for my cell phone. When I returned to the car wash , I filled out a customer complaint form and was told I would be notified by the owner within two days because the owner was not on sight that day. I did not receive a phone call from the owner. I returned to the car wash two weeks later to check on the status of my claim and again they said to leave a message and the owner would contact me. After not hearing from the owner still after one month, I tried calling again yesterday and once again left a message for the owner to contact me. Once again, after not receiving a phone call yesterday, I called back today and spoke to a manager named Mario. He informed me that the owner laughed at my claim and said for me to put a claim in with my insurance to have the console fixed because they would not fix it. This employment does not keep their word and also it is a know fact that they are employing illegal aliens.Desired Settlement: I want my center console repaired or if the scratch is unable to be repaired, I would like it replaced. I also want my car charger replaced

Revdex.com, The customer is confused about the service she received.We washed and dressed the inside of her car .Although we don't believe we caused any damage the manager agreed to repair the scratch.The customer refused wanting to have console replaced which does not make sense. reguards coast car wash
