I received a call from [redacted] at coast2coast when he said modification I immediately hungup not once but twiceAfter the third call I let him talk for thirty minutes and then explained how I'd heard this speech before but he was very persistent and somehow by the end of our conversation I decided to sent him my information and I am so glad I did I faxed my information to coast2coast on Monday the following week my modification was approvedThe mortgage was dropped over 60% monthlyThis was no scam, I recommed anyone that has a mortgage with Ocwen should call coast2coast immediately
I received a call from this company and decided I did not have anything to loose since they did not require payment unless you received a successful modificationI work in the industry and had bad experiences paying for modifications several years ago and I also know how long and difficult it is to get a modification Since I only had something to gain I decided to let them do the job I have loans with [redacted] they are adjustable and the homes are underwater Coast to Coast was able to get [redacted] to approve a modification on both of them with 2% interest fixed for the life of the loan and one of the has a differed amount not included in the payments I am saving hundreds of dollars a month and many thousands over the life of the loan They did exactly what they said they would do I skipped payments due to the modification terms and that covered the fee they charged I couldn't have done it without them They were friendly and awesome and more than worth the fee!
