This company took bits and pieces of public information and tried to scam me into paying for a loan I never took outWhen asked for account numbers or dates of services they hang upThey can not or wont verify any personal info , but try to trick you into volunteering and confirming infoTOTAL scam .Wanted me to supply my bank info or pay them by Western UnionSaid my bank verified that a loan had been deposited, but couldn't name the bank Never heard of them or the so called "client" they claimed were going to sue me"Told them go ahead and sue , see you in court"Never heard from them again

They keep harassing my family since I refuse to speak with them any longer I have tried to have the contacting me and when I attempt to get the information for the original loan that I supposedly owe, they threaten to come to my job They have told my husband if I don't call them back within two days they will serve me at my job I have pulled up the public records in my county, no suit has been filed We have repeatedly told them to stop harassing me for something I don't owe and they continue

My experience was almost word for word the same as the review written on 2/9/16 right down to being threatened with a court appearance. The person my husband spoke with back-tracked when we mentioned getting a lawyer. The person at the collection agency said that if we wished to pay the amount of the "loan" we could simply give him our credit card number and the agency would send us a receipt by e-mail . Of course, we refused.
