I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[Thank you for your response to my concerns. Although Coast Financial has indicated in their response that they are dilegently working with *** to complete the integration that will allow them to begin the process of reporting credit, I feel that there is some questionable validity to their correspondence. If you look at Coast Financial's Testimonial section of their website you will find the following testimonial that states, "My credit was in the slums but now I have built it back up cause they report to the credit agencies *** ** (Riverside, CA)". I am concerned that while my credit is not being reported to any of the credit agencies, There are other Coast Fiancial customers that states their credit scores are improving because of the reporting that is being made. I have been infomed by Coast financial over the course of 13+ months that they are "working diligently" to resove this matter. I feel that my concerns have fallen on deaf ears and this letter, in my opinion, both professional and personal, is unacceptable. I would like the Revdex.com to provide some direction as well as resolution to this issue. Businesses, whether obligated or not to report to a credit agency, should not be able to conduct business in this manner. I must stress that Coast Fiancial's response to Revdex.com inquiry falls short of a vallid resolution to lack of reporting, there is no indication as to a date when this matter will be resolved with *** nor any information as to the date of when this process with *** will be completed considering this issue has been over a year. I will eagerly await a response

As part of our commitment to our customers’ success, we have been working diligently with [redacted] Credit Bureau to integrate our technologies and report our customers’ entire account history as accurately and efficiently as possible. This is an ongoing process that, admittedly, has taken much longer than we initially anticipated. Our last progress report from [redacted], on October 9, 2015, indicated that [redacted] had completed their integration and auditing process. [redacted] is set to begin the process of reflecting our reports on our customers’ credit report. However, we were also advised that it would take some time to reflect our entirely portfolio history. Once CFA has confirmation that all customers’ histories have been updated on their credit bureau, we intend to notify our customers. From that point on, our reporting will be automated and update the customers’ credit monthly. In the meantime, upon request, we are happy to provide customers with credit ratings to confirm their accounting standing. I sincerely hope this information resolves the customer’s concerns and confirms our ongoing efforts to report to the credit bureaus.
