Coast Honda

We had a flat tire and brought the vehicle to Coast Honda for repairs. We had placed the flat in the back and drove down on the spare. The flat was plugged and placed on the car. Unfortunately the technician or mechanic did not tighten the lug nuts.
When we called John, he told me the technician never took the wheel off the car. I told him the wheel was in the trunk and we drove down on a spare! Beware of their service!
