8/21 & 8/22/15 was booked at our weekday rate of $259.99 and not the weekend rate of $299.99 I did contact the customer via E-mail and advised him of the error in price. For some reason my Booking Program did not update the price for the weekend rate. I did offer to only charge him $259.99 per night. He did not respond to my E-mail so I sent him another E-mail and told him that I would only charge him $219.00 per night, which is the price that he booked the room for, but he decided to cancel the reservation.
