Having never owned a septic system before, they took the time to help us understand how our system should work, how it was currently working and what our next steps for repairs and maintenance should be Everything was then documented with photos in their comprehensive follreport They we're extremely thorough and even took great care to return our lawn to the condition they found it in (where digging was necessary)
Ultimately, we did require some repairs to our system (all of our distribution lines were completely severed when *** laid the gas line) and Coast Mountain provided us with a helpful list of companies they trusted to do the remediation work They also coordinated with ancillary services on our behalf to help with well water testing and septic tank pumping which saved us the time of having to research and schedule more service providers on our own
In the end, we decided to use their sister company, *** for the repairs because of our great experience and trust in their team after the inspection and we couldn't be happier with the results They fixed the damage to the lines (some quite tricky to work around given the proximity to the gas line), cleaned where necessary, and we can now expect a fully functioning system for many years to come Over-and-above, they've even made themselves available when needed to help support our case for reimbursement from ***
