Verdana,sans-serif;"> I would like Coast Nissan to complete the repair/replace items noted on the Due Bill: We have honored the Due Bill in full. My understanding is that all items on the Due Bill have been completed. 2. I would also like to have a follow-up appointment with the British car mechanic to address the temperature control failure which was found, as it has been explained to me that this could be causing the hesitation (present at time of purchase). This item is not included on the due bill. This item was not agreed at the time of sale. The due bill states “As Is” with “Nothing Further Due.” 3. The last item I would like to have repaired is the damaged paint on the hood, doors and driver side as they are down to the metal. Touch up paint was ordered and lost.

Review: Problems I Had With The Purchase Of An Automobile From Coast Nissan BMW Located In San Luis Obispo CA. #1...I was told I was going to be charged $1285.00 for a surface paint coating ,"Cal-Tex Protectant" which was (Optional)... I told them I did NOT! Want to exercise that option > They agreed to delete the entire cost.. The $1285.00 BUT! Then they sneaked in a cost of $694.00 ... they lied and only deleted $591.00 ... When I asked the finance manager (P. S.) why was I still being charged for the "Wax Job" she said Quote : " I didn't charge you for the product, BUT! I had to charge you for the labor to put it on" »» I did find out through later through their service manager ("J.") Quote: What "J." told me » "We missed that one" » meaning my Honda Pilot >» I also took my Honda to Three (3) other dealerships ... each one of the detail men told me they could not tell if my Honda had the surface paint coating put on .»> Total rip off > scam > I will be making payments on that $694.00 for the next 62 months. Actually there is no reason to put an expensive coating on the paint.... Every car now days has a "Clear Coat" paint from the factory! #2... I was told there would be a Blue Tooth installed at no charge ... they then refused to honor their agreement....But after a lengthy time ... and after threats of law suits they finally had to agree ... and did the installation. After more length of time (Under Threats) They did return $1285.00 and $694.00 AND paid for the Blue Tooth... #3.......And now, what I'm most concerned about, at this time is: The extra payment they are trying to scam me out of... As I mentioned before » My 65 month payment schedule will end on: DECEMBER 1, 2018 » NOT » JANUARY 1, 2019 .......Can your agency initiate law suits against con-artist... crooked. Auto dealerships, like this one, or can you help the average person like myself, to bring a law suit specifically against them for punitive damages? Something has to be done, these jerks are getting away with this on a daily basis.I believe a Judge in a court of law would side with the plaintiff under conditions like mine. Thank You, For Your Time ... I hope you can make sense of all this.. . [redacted]Desired Settlement: Delete/Drop the extra payment of $291.38.
