I have gone over my financial situation now with yet another "financial" guru, This is the 4th time., I did email my concerns to them and they just sent another individual asking for more information.  But as yet nothing and the newest rep, attorney, supervisor, says no refund was possible. If I had known they were not able to assist I would not have paid the full amount up front. I would have paid half and held the balance until some resolution was completed.
I would like half, if not all, of my fee refunded and stop the ongoing and no result process.

My experience with Mr. A and Mr. Collins S has been extraordinary.
In my business career I have not received such and extraordinary service and cooperation as I have had with them. Mr. Anderson has always been available every time I have called. Mr. S is extraordinary Tax Lawyer person. I will never forget your professionalism.

Prior to the notification from Revdex.com, the management team at Coast One
Financial Group was completely unaware of our client’s unhappiness.   
Upon receipt of the complaint, a conference call was immediately
scheduled to address and resolve all of the issues that the client stated.
At this time, all issues have been resolved to our client’s
satisfaction.

After a long and draining 15 years of paying back taxes to the IRS. Coast One Financial gave me my freedom back.

When I was under pressure from the IRS and didn't know where to turn for help, Coast One Financial Group helped me. They took care of all of my concerns. They got my debt reduced. I am stress free now. Thanks Coast.!

possible.  We are happy to resolve any
and all issues regarding the services provided.
 
Upon receipt of the refund request (within
the three day cancellation period), the management team at Coast One Financial
Group started the process of refunding the client.
 
While in the refund process, Coast One
Financial Group received notification from the Revdex.com regarding
the refund for which we were already in the process of issuing.     
 
The management team has attempted to
contact the client on several occasions to resolve this matter.  
 
The Revdex.com makes no judgment on
the validity of this complaint.  Refunds are issued internally through Coast
One Financial Group, and not through the Revdex.com complaint
process.

We owed about $14,000 to the IRS. Our debt to the IRS never went down no matter how much we paid monthly, no matter how much they garnished our wages and they kept keeping our refund for so many years. The IRS kept adding penalties every year so our balance never went down. We were so frustrated that we decided to contact and hire Coast One Financial Group April 2015. Our garnishment stopped, all the paperwork was done via email and telephone. We followed all of their instructions and we got fast responses to our emails, questions and phone calls (within 24 hrs). Yeah, the process from beginning to end took 8 months due to the IRS lagging with paperwork, but it was worth it. As of today, I am soooo glad we made this choice because our $14,000 IRS debt went down to $1052 with an Offer In Compromise which we paid in full Dec 2015. I never thought I would say this..."NO MORE IRS DEBT!" Thanks Coast One!

Coast One Financial resolved my tax dispute with the IRS efficiently and effectively saving me a lot of money.

I would like to say Thank You, to the employees of Coast One Financial Group, they were able to achieve what I could not. Due to my father’s poor health and need for 24/7 care, he moved in with me a few years ago. During tax season I found out his taxes had not been filed in over 10 years and that he owed IRS over $45.000.00, which he could not pay and maintain his current health and life style at the age of 90 years old. I contacted the IRS to make arrangements to make a settlement on his behalf, they sent me the paperwork and I agreed to make payments in the meantime. After paying thousands of dollars to pay down his back taxes, I found out I had not put a dent in his debt (I was not even covering interest). I knew we needed professional help and I did not know where to start nor whom to trust.

After doing research on the internet, I found Coast One Financial Group (Tax lawyers). I called them, explained our status and they said based on the information provided they could help. They sent us a work package to complete. Once reviewed, they told us what they could do on his behalf: Request and Office of Compromise for $1,300.00, they also make it clear that they could not guarantee IRS would accept the offer. They informed us that they would be requesting additional documentation and when it would be needed, additional told us that they would be working with use until the case was closed, and to get started on our case they needed consent forms and their non-refundable fee of $3450.00 payable to them.

The finding: IRS rejected the original offer with a counter offer of $4,896.00 which was to be paid in six month or less and other condition attached. We accepted the counter offer and I feel relieved, that IRS will no longer be sending certified debt noticed with collection methods to my home. Coast One Financial Group did all the work, keeping us informed and asking if we agreed with what they were doing throughout the process. We sent all payments on the offer directly to IRS. Once the case was satisfied via IRS, they terminated Coast One Financial Group’s access to his files.

I am very pleased with Coast One Financial Groups efforts in dealing with my father’s tax debt, in a professional and timely manner. It took approximately seven months and they did not ask/request additional fees. We could not have done this ourselves, Coast One Financial Group is on my recommendation list, because they did what they said they would do...They were worth their fee!

I owed the IRS $200,000. I contacted [redacted] Baker of Coast One Financial Group. His confident attitude won me over. [redacted] and [redacted] jumped on my case and got me a settlement of (are you sitting down?) $200!! This is not a misprint! Thank you so much [redacted], and the Coast One Financial Family. In response to [redacted]’s original request for a
refund: After much consideration and conversations with Mr. [redacted] has decided to disengage the relationship.  A mutual release has been sent to [redacted] to formally disengage the representation of [redacted] and
[redacted].  The inability to agree
upon the terms of the signed contract necessitates disengagement of
representation. 
We’ve made multiple attempts to complete the refund
process.  As of the date of this
correspondence, we have not received Mr. [redacted]’s signed portion of the mutual
release which has been sent on multiple occasions.  We are unable to process the refund without
the proper documentation.

We have...

made numerous attempts to contact [redacted] to address his
concerns and reach a satisfactory resolution, even if it resulted in a
refund.  Unfortunately, we have not received a reply to any of our
correspondence to Mr. [redacted].  All of our calls have g[redacted] unanswered and we
have not received a reply to our emails.   In order to reach a resolution on a tax matter with the [redacted]
it requires us to obtain [redacted] documentation from our clients. 
 Our ability to protect our clients from adverse collection activity by
the taxing authorities is greatly compromised if we do not obtain the requested
information in a timely manner.  The importance of this questionnaire was
discussed during the initial consultation and on written correspondence to Mr
[redacted].    
[redacted] contacted [redacted] on
November 25, 2014 for a free consultation on his tax matter.  Mr. [redacted]
entered into an agreement with [redacted] on November 28th,
2014.  Signed documentation from [redacted] included our Service
Agreement, Power of Attorney, and Tax Authorization Form.  On December 1st, 2014, [redacted] verbally
authorized our Accounting Department to process a Check by Ph[redacted] on his
behalf.  When processing Check by Ph[redacted] transactions, the check number is auto
populated and unique per client.  Case
Attorney was assigned to [redacted] on December 1, 2014.  On December 2nd, a copy of the
client friendly questionnaire was emailed to Mr. [redacted].  On December 6th, 2014 [redacted] filed an online complaint with the Revdex.com requesting a
refund from [redacted].  Although, Mr. [redacted] never
attempted to contact [redacted] requesting a refund.
  We were not aware our client was attempting to stop payment on his
retainer until we received the complaint from the Revdex.com. 
Per the Revdex.com complaint, Mr. [redacted] submitted a stop payment to his bank On
December 5th, after the check cleared from his account.
As stated above, we have made numerous attempts to contact
[redacted] to no avail.  Our last correspondence to Mr. [redacted] was sent
on January 15th, 2015.  We do value our relationship and its
continuation is our primary goal.  If you have any questions regarding
your account, please contact our office immediately.

My decision to turn to Coast One Financial Group to resolve my major tax situation proved to be an outstanding choice. They were able to reduce my IRS and State tax liabilities to less than 1%. I could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend Coast One to anyone facing serious tax difficulties. Allowing them to resolve my tax issues provided me with true peace of mind in the end. documents from the client, the attorney on the case then updated the financial information. He then forwarded the information to the client for further review and approval on the day of September 20th and again on September 26th. The client responded by requesting the attorney to submit a specific settlement amount to compromise the total back tax liability with IRS. The attorney then contacted the taxpayer and informed her that the case would have to be reviewed further by the department supervisor. Coast One Financial Group does not make final assessment and determination on the case until the client is fully in agreement with Coast One regarding the financial analysis.  We are completely surprised to know that the client filed a complaint with Revdex.com on September 23rd 2016 without even addressing her concerns with the management team prior to filing the complaint. 
Upon receipt of the complaint from Revdex.com on October 3rd, 2016 a conference call was immediately scheduled to address and resolve all of the issues that the client stated. On October 4th 2016, the Resolution Department Supervisor contacted the taxpayer and went over additional information to be able to make final determination on the case. Thereafter, the department supervisor made additional attempts to contact the client again and have left messages. A returned call has not been received.”
