Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***I made over calls to BOTH Hawthorne and Coast Real Estate, and I have my list of outgoing calls from Verizon to prove itAnd also email correspondence with Rebekah stating a month after my move out date she had no idea about my refund, and then stopped responding to meIf anyone had been willing to return my phone calls or voicemails (Yes they exist,) we could have resolved this matter easilyNow that I’m aware you need my forwarding address, it is *** ** *** ** ** *** *** ** You may have issued a refund check and I am grateful for that, but your lack of professionalism and finger pointing is disgracefulMy PHONE NUMBER which I know you have from the calls and voicemails I’ve left is ***I would love to talk to someone and straighten all this out.

In response to the complaint filed by [redacted], please review our comments listed herein. We reviewed Ms. [redacted] assertions and allegations and deem them to be not credible. To substantiate our findings, we have attached to this response file documents which clearly show a REFUND CHECK...

issued to Ms. [redacted] on AUGUST 17, 2017 in the amount of $700.00, which is all she was legally entitled to. The refund check was mailed to Ms. [redacted]'s last known address, which was the property address she had resided at in Portland. By the USPS yellow label affixed to the envelope containing the REFUND CHECK that was returned to Coast Real Estate Services on August 28, 217, it clearly shows Ms. [redacted] had NOT left any forwarding address with the USPS (United States Postal Service.) Further to this, and checking with the property (Hawthorne 31) had resided at, she had NOT left any forwarding address with them, also. Ms. [redacted] asserts that she had left numerous calls with the property and with Coast Real Estate Services that references her attempt to get her refund back to her. Unfortunately, what Ms. [redacted] asserts is not correct. Hawthorne 31 nor Coast Real Estate Services has received any calls or Emails from her. The attachment with this message contains the original check and the envelope it had been returned in, clearly showing the USPS yellow label showing NO FORWARING ADDRESS WAS PROVIDED. Additionally, and under separate cover today; DECEMBER 28, 2017, Coast Real Estate Services has sent Ms. [redacted] the check that was originally sent to her (Check No. [redacted]) for the amount of $700.00. The check is coming to Ms. [redacted] via FedEx, and it is restricted delivery. Meaning - Ms. [redacted] will have to sign for it. In conclusion, Coast Real Estate Services views this matter closed, and does not claim any liability or negligence in what Ms. [redacted] asserts to, and that being, the return of her REUFNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Coast Real Estate Services is responding to the Revdex.com complaint [redacted] filed that references the alleged issues both he and his partner endured during their tenancy at Barkley Apartments located in Bellingham, Washington. As a rebut to what Mr. [redacted] asserts, Katherine R[redacted], the Leasing...

Agent for Barkley Apartments has provided with this response, a notarized Statement to define what she deems to be an accurate assessment to what she both heard and witnessed while both Mr. [redacted] and his co-lessee were residing at the property. With this being said, and after careful examination of all the facts at hand, inclusive, but not limited to Mr. [redacted] having received a REFUND, it is the position of Coast Real Estate Services the allegations Mr. [redacted] asserts are both unfounded and hold no merit. We; namely, Coast Real Estate Services formally request this business matter be rescinded and move in favor of Coast Real Estate Services. In addition to the afore-mentioned, and as Ms. R[redacted] states, Coast Real Estate Services did nothing wrong with regard to what Mr. [redacted] asserts, therefore, a positive rating from the Revdex.com would be in order.

[redacted]SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com[redacted]

To whom it may concern;

Jeannie at Coast Real Estate has already contacted me.  She was very kind and requested more information on my complaint or recent issues with their company.  She listened very carefully to the entire story and apologized for the actions of the...

employees.  She said she would look into it further on her end to ensure no one was treated like this again.  I am completely satisfied with this result and truly appreciate Jeannie's kindness and apology.

I am unsure how else to update you on this change.  Let me know if you need further information.

Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The affidavit by the property manager was not truthful. As a government employee with secret clearance I provided my statement with a higher respect for the truth with no intent to be deceitful, unlike those that wish to be deceitful.
I declare, as a government employee, that that I did provide more than the desired 20-day notice, I also provided a follow-up declaration of the 20-day notice, long before 20 days of vacation of the residence and can provide the evidence of such, multiple unanswered emails.
I had moved on and wrote off the few hundred-dollar penalty that was given, but now that you have an employee providing a false declaration under penalty of perjury, I bring this matter back to life.
Amanda R[redacted], the previous property manager is not represented in this matter. Only claims that she did not receive our complaints. If she had received our complaints, she did not record them. You cannot declare that our claims are invalid because your previous property manager never documented them.
Emails are valid forms of communication, and as an IT professional under the government, we can and will declare you ignored my multiple notices to vacate, long before 20 days.
What gets me on this matter, is you wrongfully and intentionally ignored our complaints, requests for reprise, and then now after the fact want to file false statements against us.
We were provided a refund, minus incidental, was willing to accept that and move on, until this false statement.
We intend to pursue charges of false statements and declarations now that you refuse to simply acknowledge wrongful actions on your part. You should have just made it right.
-[redacted]
