Dear ***I apologize that your initial shipment did not arrive as we had addressed to you There was apparently an issue with the communication & I feel terrible that you did not receive your order or the refund.I would be happy to reship via USPS Express Intl Mail as we are finding this to be the safest way to insure delivery of the goods I will send a separate email to show the address & have it confirmed at your earliest convenience With that information, we will send a new tracking number & have the order on it's way along with an additional free bottle of PC 600.I sincerely appreciate your patience & hope to have this delivered & resolved within the next days.Thank you, [redacted] Director of Operations

To Whom it May Concern: We apologize for the delay in shipping the product We have been overwhelmed with the global response for the Coast Science fertility formulas While we placed the product on Pre-order based on our manufacturing estimate time of product availability, there were delays due to the raw materials in very high demand The customers received special discount price for placing a pre-order in order to compensate for some form of delay with the timing estimates written on the web site order pages We were able to begin shipping the product about weeks after the original date expectedThis customer has received their refund Issued via Cashier's Check for $1, [redacted] # [redacted] There were delays on the refund due to the merchant service having a cutoff & unable to process through themAgain we apologize & have ramped up our staffing & production of product to handle the increased volume of salesSincerely, [redacted]
