I am rejecting this response because: As can be clearly seen on my Bill of Lading, there was not a dent in the middle of my hood when my car was picked up at the Dealership The driver wanted me to accept my car the night before, so that it would have been dark when I received it He said that he had a strong flashlight and could go over the car with it I told him that I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that He then wanted me there the next morning by sunup to take the car He also said it was covered in sludge from all the snow For this reason, my son and I took a gallon of water to try and wash it off as best we could to get a look at it in the early morning, very overcast sky The driver then went over the car, showing all the little imperfections he had noted on the Bill of Lading, but he never drew our attention to the hood of the car He was in a hurry, so we took the car and left Yes, we did take it through our excellent, brushless car wash that we always use on our cars (we are very into super-nice cars), and NO, THERE WAS NO MISHAP AT THE CARWASH, NOR ANYWHERE ELSE BETWEEN OUR RECEIVING THE CAR AND NOTING THE DENT UNDER OUR GARAGE LIGHTS AN HOUR OR SO LATER! THE DENT WAS NOT SMALL IT WAS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HOOD, ABOUT THE DIAMETER OF A SOFTBALL! I AM ASHAMED OF COAST TO COAST SHIPPING FOR THEIR NON-RESPONSIVENESS TO ME THE MANY TIMES I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM FOR HELP WITH THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR, AND I AM FURTHER SICKENED BY THEIR RESPONSE HERE TO Revdex.com IN NO WAY DO I ACCEPT THEIR EXCUSES!I MUST ADVISE ANY AND ALL WHO WOULD CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY TO USE ANY ONE OF THE MANY, MANY OTHER Revdex.com A+ RATED SHIPPING COMPANIES AVAILABLE I had chosen to use them in spite of the fact that they were more expensive (at a rate of $1,100) than most of the others to whom I had spoken I did this because this woman, Kenda D***, is a VETERAN, and I always try to go out of my way to back our Vets, but I am coming away from this experience with her company very saddened I had the dent removed The car looks like new (which it virtually is with less than 5K miles on it), and the cost was $to me for the dent removal.WARNING TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS: BE VERY WARY OF COAST TO COAST AUTO TRANSPORT OF KUNA, IDAHO!

March 7, 2017Re: Consumer Complaint#***Thank you for informing us of the complaint, #***, submitted against Coast to Coast AutoTransport by *** ***.On 12/27/2016,my driver picked up the Mini Cooper from *** ** *** He did a vehicle inspection of the car noting
all preexisting damagesThis inspection stays with the car and on 1/10/the car delivered to *** *** Newnan, GAPlease see attached inspection for reference It clearly states at the bottom that all damages must be noted at the time of delivery On the back under Terms and Conditions it also clearly states {#18) that all damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.Ms*** states that they tried to wash
the car of with gallon jugs of water when my driver delivered the car and that the driver "went over every tiny imperfection"The driver was going over everything on the vehicle inspection with Ms*** to ensure no damage occurred during shipment She then states that they took the car to a car wash after delivery, we have no way of knowing if something happened between the time they left the driver and returned home Also transport damage is very visible damage, which is why a very small dent such as this could have been missedPlease refer to the front of the inspection and the disclaimer which reads "VEHICLES ARE DESIGNED FOR ROAD USE AND
MAY HAVE EXISTING SMALL SCRATCHES, SCUFFS, DENTS OR ABRASIONSCOAST TO COAST CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR MINOR DAMAGE OF THIS NATURE WHICH IS CONSIDERED TO BE THE RESULT OF NATURAL WEAR AND TEAR".It is the policy of Coast to Coast Auto Transport that all

We did in fact attempt to transport ***s truck from WA to CAAfter picking up the vehicle we were made aware that the vehicle was not in the same condition as described when *** placed the orderSeveral people in our office attempted to contact *** by both phone and email but when *** placed
the order he provided both to our company incorrectlyWhen we contacted the person we picked up the vehicle from she stated that we could not bring the vehicle back to her and that she wanted nothing to do with the transportWe realize that there have been a combination of errors by both the customer and Coast to Coast on this transport but we stand by our outstanding reputation and almost years of awesome serviceWe have decided that we will release the truck without requiring *** or the piparty to pay the $and we hope that this provides resolve for the customer Thank you!
