MY BOX DOES NOT STATE NOTHING OF THAT KIND.  MY BOX DOESN'T EVEN STATE THAT ENERGIZER OR DURACELL BATTERIES ARE THE MOST EFFECTIVE BATTERIES.  I HAVE BOUGHT ENERGIZER BATTERIES.   THEY DO NOT WORK.   I RECENTLY BOUGHT DURACELL BATTERIES THEY DO NOT WORK.  I MIXED HALF, AND HALF IT STILL ISN'T THE BEST, BUT I WORKS BETTER THAN IT DID.  BUT FOR HOW LONG?  IN MY OPINION THEY FAILED TO STATE CONCERNING THE RECEIPT, AND THE BATTERIES.  THEIR PRODUCT HAD DEFECTS, AND I WANT THAT NOTED ON RECORD AGAINST THIS COMPANY.  THEY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME BUYING ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS.  I WILL WARN EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY ISSUES WITH THIS PRODUCT, AND THE COMPANY.

However, once again as previouslystated, [redacted] upholds the policy that customers must have a receipt providing proof of purchasein order for us to offer an exchange for defective merchandise. The box also states that you have 15days from the purchase date to make any claims. It is a standard policy that any retailer will require areceipt for returns. In regards to the battery issue, it had been a suggestion provided to any customerthat contacts us with an issue with their airbed pump. It has been found that Energizer or Duracellbrands may be the MOST effective in operating the pump, as they are of higher quality than otherbrands, but are not necessary to do so.
