On April 2,I ordered a carportOn the back of my contract it stated I would have my carport in 1-weekAfter weeks, I was asked to come to the dealer and sign the back of the contractThis 2nd contract stated I would have it in daysIt is now days and nothingI called the company and they said they just received my contract June 3rdI was told by one person that their fax machine was broke and told by another that the dealer did not fax itI called the dealer and he faxed it times and followed up with a phone callI told the company they had week to get my carport to meIf I would of had my carport on time like my contract stated, I would not have $hail damage to my brand new truck
I am thoroughly disgusted and *** off with coast to coast carports, they told me upon order that it would be to weeks to get my building installed They came up with every excuse in the book why they couldn't deliver They finally decided to make an effort after months of waiting on my part then they rescheduled times and brought a smaller building than I ordered I will never suggest that anyone buy a building from such a pile of *** company like coast to coastThey don't care what they say or do to customers and treat you like you're not worth doing business with so I am leaving this complaint for all to see I would never buy a building from Coast to Coast carports unless you like getting lied to and treated like *** from a company that you're giving money to and never want to see a building you order, they will not deliver they are ignorant to work with and a down right poss poor company
We purchased a shelter from Coast To Coast Carports, Incthrough a local dealer on November 10, Delivery was promised in to weeks; it is now May 25th, and I have no structure Both my husband and I have made numerous calls to the local dealer and to the Knoxville Coast to Coast salesman for Oregon and WashingtonWe have received numerous promises of a delivery which never materialized At this point, I believe they undersold the job and are waiting for us to cancel the order
days ago, Coast to Coast installed an addition to my existing carport used for my sign company bucket trucks When they came to install the extension, the new extension legs were 3" to tall, and the roof pitches up which leaves a large seam open on both sides of the building I immediately spoke to coast to coast, and they said they would determine what needed to be done and get back to me that never happened Apprx days into the wait, after failing to get anyone at coast to coast to return my calls or give me any idea when the problem would be corrected, I drove to the Knoxville, Ar headquarters, and got to meet with ***, the shop foreman who said he would get it fixed within two day It is now days, and no one has shown up to fix the problem I have been lied to numerous times, and the company has lost all credibility
I will never do business with them again, and I give them a F in customer service
I have had a carport on order since August 3, I still do not have it and I have been unable to get a delivery/installation date from the company, in spite of numerous requests
We paid a deposit and additional funds for engineered drawings for a barn to be built by coast coast carportsEach time we received drawings, they were not up to local code or what we originally requestedThey failed to deliver what they promised us and over months later they still refuse to return our calls and refund our moneyTom Jeven told us they would quickly build our barn prior to obtaining a permit because he knew the plans once again wouldn't pass local code!!! They lied and failed to deliver what they promised!!!! We want our money back!!!
Coast to Coast Carports have failed to deliver the product as agreed. They have rescheduled/postponed delivery 6 different times, with a different excuse each time. I have tried to talk to their representative to no avail.
After many broken promises I am attempting to cancel payment on my credit card. A number of phone calls were ignored. Promised call backs never happened. My complaints must have gone into a circular file because each time I called I had to start over.
Please make sure you read the alert on the Revdex.com's initial page. The B+ rating seems absurd with C to C's' customer relations problems.

I had numerous issues with this company with the carportI had built. I ordered a certified building and payed an extra $1,000 + to have it certified and quarantined. I then come to find out once the building is built that they will not be certifying it because it had a very mild slop. I was not informed of this before the installers had started building it. I also had a issue with the communication with the installers. They spoke practically no english and had made a mistake in the size of a door and had to fix it once it was already up. There were also issues with the finished product and I contacted the company they said they would be out to fix it that was 6 months ago and I haven't heard anything about it.
