My husband and I have been looking for a carport we shopped around and everything was so expensive for trying to buy on to putting one up ourselves. We saw a demo sitting on the highway where we live in Hobart Ok. So we called them. We ask what kind they had and how much. So we found one we liked and was priced right for us. We talked with Ashley Watson for payment and apt scheduling. She said it would be about 6 weeks. They called us in about 3 weeks and said they would be here on Friday of that week. 4 guys showed up and they were very professional. They got all the supplies for ours off the truck and asked us where we wanted it. They had the carport up in about 30min or so. The guys were fast friendly and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up all their mess and made sure the carport was to our satisfaction! We are very pleased with the carport! Thank you Ashley Watson and all the team at Coast to Coast Carports. I just had my second carport installed. I use them for horse shelters. They are solid, well built, and serve their purpose. I'm impressed! Craig took my initial call them after pricing referred me to Darla *** to complete the process. She really did her job well, working with me over time while I was awaiting the ground to be ready. When ready she scheduled the installation which happened in 3 days. Thank you Darla! The crew of 3 guys came from Texas. They were in and out of my gate in less than 2 hours. I watched them work and I was impressed. They never stopped. Everyone knew their job and did it efficiently. No one stood around waiting while others were doing a task. It was non-stop with no wasted effort. I've never seen such an efficient effort on a job site. They cleaned up when done and away they went with a hand shake and a 'Thank you'. I found 1 screw partially buried in loose dirt after they left. Otherwise, not one bit of debris. Wow! Great job. Again 'Thanks' to all involved.

I ordered a RV cover last year 2018 Finally in Feb. 2019 workers called saying they'd be up to install .. I rented equipment like I was told to do all but to be told workers would be here that afternoon and they never showed. It was one excuse after another as to why they never showed up. Finally when they did show up they left their trailer at my home while they did a job in Pineherst I found out that was a lie also because the workers called me from the Tri-Cities stating the weather was great there.. again one excuse after another as to why they couldn't install the RV cover! Now I'm dealing with Raven from Coast to Coast to try and get refunded for the equipment I rented when the workers never showed up when they told me they would be here!! Raven's been blowing me off as well! I was told over a month ago he would check with his supervisor to see what can be done to refund my money. No response from Raven! I called again last week Raven answered the phone. He said he would submit in the request - SAY WHAT - you never submitted it from over a month ago!! Raven told me I should hear back by Wednesday this week - NOT!! so today is Thursday I called to cancel my order and Ive been speaking to Madison today in which still NO PHONE CALL back to me stating what is going on!! I've already paid almost $6500 and wasn't about to pay the balance of $5500 until the cover was installed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WANTING TO HAVE A CARPORT OR RV COVER INSTALLED!! IF I COULD RATE THEM A -100 I WOULD!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ABSENT!!

I wish we would have read these reviews! If you are thinking about using Coast to Coast.. DON'T!! We paid the deposit and signed the agreement in October 2018 - hoping to get our carport before winter. It is now Feb. 28, 2019 and they said they would be out 1st thing in the morning - it is now 12:45 pm and after calling - they said they were on their way and would be another 2 hours. This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered. No apologies, not even excuses as to why it's taking so freaking long! We kept calling and calling and they kept delaying us. Unbelievable!DON'T PAY THE DEPOSIT and DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! I have NO confidence I will see this carport today! Disgusted and appalled!! So ready to get an attorney!

Building was as ordered, with good deal on pricing, on time as scheduled, sales personal (Nate and Cristy) were open, honest, polite, and attentive. Installers ( Simon, Bedall, and Jose, were on time and did an outstanding job, I would recommend them for any job and request them if I ever have another building put up.

I've been selling for Coast to Coast for quite some time.....until now. One customer has been waiting 3 months for his garage and couldn't wait no more. It was either refund his $1500 or find a company that can install his building. I felt since Coast to Coast still had no install date and had gone past the terms and conditions, it was only right to look out for the customer and get another company to install it. Because of that, they cancel my contract with them.

The following day, what happens? The other customer who has waited 6 months cancels his order and now I'm refunding his $1600!

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH COAST TO COAST CARPORTS!!

1/28/2019. Placed an order/deposit with metal carports USA on Oct. 9,2018. It has been 3 1/2 months with no end in sight. I have left numerous messages and no follow up received from the west coast contact person. Keep getting this "batch ordering" response from original contact person indicating that when enough orders are placed in our area they will call to schedule. No call - no schedule! Don't waste your time with this business!

Madison did call and left messages on both numbers and even sent a text with no response on 1/28/19. She returned her call at 4:19pm. Also called and text again at 5pm. She then received a cancellation from the dealer. We are supposed to be getting a load of 12 gauge material and Madison had you on a priority run. If you would like to keep your building, please contact Madison as soon as possible.

Coast to Coast Carports is a horrible company. I ordered a carport with attached garage in July of 2018. They started the install in late November of 2018 and on January 10, 2019 it was finished. What was supposed to be a two day install began with the wrong materials. Six months and many re-visits to the work site for repairs, crews didn't show up, the list goes on. Stay away from this company!

There was never a repair on the building. The customer didn't like the color panels and placements once the building was installed. He spoke to Deloris in the accounts receivable department about costs on switching colors on the gable. Sent in pictures on which way he would like it better. We came out to switch the color panels at his request. There was never wrong materials sent out. He got everything he ordered the first time we were on site.

The business reply is sadly deficient in facts. The first time they were on site they had fabricated the walls incorrectly. This required new wall frames. They estimate for installation was less than two days. Two weeks later I had to call them to come out and try to finish the job.

There were many repairs required which resulted in no less than five additional trips to the worksite. Specifically, not all required panels were installed and in some cases, the incorrect types were installed (edges instead of corner trim). Rail anchors were incorrectly installed and on one full side, not at all.

The installation crew was incompetent. In the garage area the roof insulation was installed improperly and screws were applied from the inside, compromising the roof. This required the insulation and roof to be completely replaced.
This is just a sample, there was more.

All of these issues were communicated in writing to the business along with pictures. I have the pictures and emails from the company agreeing with the noted issues.

Again, this is a terrible company who evidently doesn't mind lying about their service nor do they care about their customer.

I ordered a carport on 9/20/18 and it is 1/4/19 and no carport or calls that they are coming. I've been calling every week and they continue to tell me we will get back to you when we have a crew to install. I've been told this every single week and it is the same run around every time. It's now raining and snowing. They took my $500 deposit and I've never heard from them since. They NEVER call back if you leave a message and will only give me a run around when I do get someone on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I've contacted Rip Off Report and I am contacting the Attorney General to get my money back. They are a fake company that will rip you off for your money and you will never hear from them again.

I am so very impressed with Coast to Coast and their service rep from Idaho and Lindsay G in Sales Lindsay was absolutely ineradicable she up-dated us through the whole process .. We had a full eight week wait until delivery, which was very frustrating. Once the building was on site the installers Juan and one other helper managed to install a 20x25 fully insulated shop and a 18x 20 carport in 1 1/2 day while it pouring rain and snow. The installers went above and beyond what I was expecting. I am very pleased with the end product. The building itself is excellent.

Thank you, Linda, for taking the time out of your day to leave us a review. We apologize that it took 8 weeks for delivery. We try to make a good faith effort to install within 60 days, but that doesn't always happen.

I received a called on 12/18/18 saying they would be installing our carports on 12/29/18. Fine. Then on 12/21, I get a call saying they don't have enough of the main color (pewter gray) to do our buildings. THEY'VE HAD SINCE SEPTEMBER TO ORDER OUR MATERIAL!!! What's the problem?? Now I have to go with the darker gray OR I can wait longer!!! My custom order is no longer a custom order! Oh and now they're not installing until Jan 4,2019.

The crew was in town today and was attempting to get the customer installed. The crew called to let us know that the customer stated that she had cancelled her orders. Our rep at the office tried getting a hold of her and one of the phone numbers say its unallocated and the other has been changed or is no longer in service. We attempted to install but need to hear from Mrs *** asap to verify if this is true.

About the phone numbers...they have our current numbers and have called us on those numbers as mentioned in my posts of 12/13 and 12/27. Yes, we cancelled our order through Renee on January 2 at 12:20 pm after waiting 4 months. Someone from the company called (yes, they CALLED) yesterday afternoon 1/3 from Oregon, could have been installer, didn't identify himself as such. I told him we canceled our order and he said OK. After reading the ALERT posted by Revdex.com, I didn't want the inferior product falling apart on top of our RV or boat. This was entirely too much money to spend to have this stress!

We ordered 2 carports on 9/12/18 and here it is 12/13/18 and no carports or calls that they were coming. We been calling every week and they continue to tell us we are a priority and they are getting our order together and it'll be another 2 weeks. BS!!!!! We were told that the week before Thanksgiving and that's the story with every phone call. It's now snowing and our RV and pontoon boat are out in the weather. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I'm about to take some further steps to resolve this issue. YELP reviews say the same thing, but all the reviews on their website are glowing!!! Fake reviews, obviously!

I am so very impressed with Coast to Coast and their service rep Madison.. They installed my RV cover yesterday in the down pouring and cold rain. They came back last evening when it dried out a bit and finished the installation. This was above and beyond what I was expecting. I am very pleased with the end product. The building itself is excellent.

The installers were such a good working team. We ordered two carports and they had them up in short amount of time. No mess was left behind. Very courteous and a great representatives for this company.

I am still waiting for my carport to be installed, all the reps are trained to give you the same BS answer, And at the end of your conversation none of your questions are answered. Customer SERVICE IS THE POOREST I have ever encountered. Still waiting with no idea of when it will be installed. DONT USE COAST TO COAST UNLESS YOU HAVE INFINITE PATIENTS !!!

My carport wasn't set up on the date I was told nor did I receive a call cancelling. I had to make several calls into the office before I even got a "I'll call you back" with a new delivery date. My carport was set up just fine but it was the additional support that I needed and didn't get.

Since that review, I have had another negative experience with Coast to Coast. I bought a carport from the guy they sent out to put mine up. There were (still are) missing parts that they wouldn't make good on. It's of no value laying on the ground. I will never use Coast to Coast again.

The worst service ever!!! We have been waiting for a correct size door for 3 months. Phone calls go unanswered, we are told we will be called back and no one calls us. Last week, I took 1/2 a day off because the door was going to finally arrive "in the afternoon" on Thursday (originally told Wednesday). No one showed up or called. Then I was told it would arrive the next day around 2:00 pm. Again no one showed up or called. I called Monday morning and reached the person that was scheduling and he apologized and said he would get information and call back. He never called back. I have Facebook messaged, emailed customer service, supervisors and NOTHING. 3 months!!!! They should have sent the correct size door in the first place.
We have been patient and kind. Now we are just furious..... Coast to Coast Carports is awful!!!!
