I am rejecting this response because:Mr*** told me he was coming to my house to see roofing complaints He never showed up or called to reschedule He had my phone number I tried to contact him again several times, but he would never respond to my messages I left for him I am retired, and was here at my house throughout the whole project being done t my house If I was not at home all he had to do is call me.Why would I or anyone for that fact hire an additional contractor to replace a new installation that had just been installed Makes no Sence to me We could not tell that the roof installed by Mr*** and his company was leaking until it rained a fe weeks after completion When it rained we found leaks and notified Mr*** If there was no problems with his installation, we would not be having this conversations.As for the gutter contractor, *** *** *** * *** ** Is also a roofing contractor and the company we hired to redo our roof since we could not get any response from Mr*** I needed, my roof dried in correctly to prevent damage to new patio and my house where roofing was tied into We have had several rain storms since new installation of roof and guess what no leaks.I do not know why Mr*** is trying to Say I owe him additional monies He gave me a bid and I paid 1/upfront so he could order material and balance upon completion There was never any mention of additional funds I do not know why Mr*** is trying to play the Race card I hired contractors for their ability to do the job I wanted not based on color or creed, but on skill I could also say Mr*** was trying to take advantage of me as well since I am retired and elderly.

I have responded to this, & having to try to coordinate with the home owner, property manager, & renter, has not went well...however, I was contacted by the homeowner, & *** *** told me to, do not worry about it, it has already been taken care ofSo, now this? I attempted to resolve this issue, as I always do, but to no resolutionI have varification of attempts to schedule resolution, & show's non-response from property manager, or renterThen this comes after the homeowner tells me to mot worry about it, as it has been taken care of? I'm unsure of where this comes fromAlso, the customer sent the down payment from *** **, over a week after the job was completed, instead of prior to start, then it was inspected, & the inspector said it was a quality job, & then the homeowner did not send the 2nd half of the money for 2+ weeks laterThe skylight was never mentioned to me, & was not paid for replacement, as *** *** knew it existed & was not broken, & after a phone discussion as for replacing it, she infactically stated, "if it is not broken, I don't need to replace it!!!" & when we started the job, there was evidence of prior leaking, & our work did not create the leaking, but the patio enclosre & it's construction, is the problem for the leaking, at the junction between existing roof & & patio enclosure

I am rejecting this response because: *** *** is not stating the truth! After many attempts to reach him via email, phone, ad texts he never responded; after we informed him that we were taking him to court, he then reached out to ask what he could do to remedy the situation with the roof leaks, skylight leaks and the damages done on the sheetrock on the ceiling in the living roomI, at that point told him I didn't want him back on our property because he didn't seem to care that we were unsatisfied with his shoddy workAs far as payment is concerned, he started work on our roof without our consent, ( on a Saturday, Oct15) and then called me on the following Sunday to inform me that he would finish that day...and his next statement was' "When can I expect payment"!!! That is when I told him after the roof was inspected he would get paymentHis "contract" which was questionable, stated that his workmanship and materials were garanteed for years, and we've been fighting him to get resolutionThe skylights were not broken, the flashing needed to be replaced when he replaced the roof...that's standard as indicated in his contract!

I am rejecting this response because: *** *** is not stating the truth! I responded to mr *** & they were not home when we got thereTearing off the roofing, without us there, is his decisionObviously, getting another price months later, would be attractive, to try to make my company hurt, without waiting for us to get there when they're home, & tear it off & get the cheaper compny to do it, is SO OBVIOUS, that he only had his monetary interst in mindI was told that the eventual gutter guy, said, the roof was not applied correctly A gutter guy does not apply metal roofing, & has absoluteely no say so as far as my roof install is concernedIt was not leaking when we finished, ne was it applyed incorectly, when we finished...the customer who used an extremely RACIAL term to his other contractors, all WHITE, & then deny it, & tear off the roof we put up, without us being there, is a OBVIOS attempt to to save money & try to hurt my company, through the Revdex.com by the way, he has his own issues with the Revdex.comI owe him nothing, but he owes me $4,more, that once he knew that there was more work & material involved, he later said that "Your quote to ***, is all I'm paying, if you don't cut into my existing roofing & flash it, I will not pay the back end!!!"

I am rejecting this response because: The owner, *** *** is fully aware that his workers power washed the tile roof as part of the contracted job and that his workers in fact cracked tiles and dislodged tiles as part of the work they did. In fact the day after heavy storms when water poured into our living room the day after power washing the roof he, the owner came and observed the damage to the living room which still had towels all over the fireplace to soak up the water and his people got back on the roof to supposedly make repairs however all they did was put tar all over the tiles to try and block the rains from coming in however that shoddy repair didn't repair the roof and every time it rained thereafter it continued to leak. Its true that we had leaks in the past which have been repaired to the tune of $1,just prior to the power washing of the roof by this company. I was assured that the owner knew what they were doing and the power washing of the roof was the basis for his company getting the job to paint the exterior of the house. The owner, *** *** sent me an e-mail stating he would be back to see the damages to the interior but he never came back after being paid in full in the amount of $5,600. I even requested that the owner file a liability claim with his insurance carrier to make the interior repairs after I spent another $1,to repair the roof damages caused by his company. He has ignored my requests to resolve this complaint and I waited months to file this with the Revdex.com hoping that this was a reputable company but apparently I was wrong

I don't under stand *** *** claims *** was hired by me as a structure contractor only *** gave me *** ***, cool Solutions along with two other roofing contractor contacts, since he did not do roofs *** *** came and gave me a bid and said he could start immediately as soon as he could get material *** looked over project and gave me the bid, it had nothing to do with *** Why would a roofing contractor or for that matter any contractor give a customer a bid to do work without looking at job and knowing what the customer wanted done or count on a third party to give details and measurements without verifying information for his own business *** also stated in his bid to me that it included flashing all valleys.After trying to contact *** ***, Cool Solutions with no luck, we had to hire a new roofing contractor to compeletly remove all material installed by ***,Cool Solutions and completely install new roof not using any material *** used for $6,which was less than the $7,*** ***,Cool Solutions charged me *** knows he did not do a satisfactory job because I called and told him my roof was leaking He assured me he would come and check out and fix, but he never has shown up or contacted me.Thank you,*** ***

To whom this may concern, In response to the allegations against my company, Mr***, had made me aware that he has had roof issues, for many years, and not been able to get any help from his prior insurance companies, and he is only looking to get someone to take the blame for his previous roofing leaks & problemsHe asked me if we could repair his tile roof, and I explained to him that we do not repair, nor replace tile roofingSo, he asked if we could at least look at the top of the chimney to see what may be causing a leak over his fireplace, and we went up the side of the chimney, and discovered, what he already knew, from another roofing company that looked at it before, and quoted him a price to fix it, but he did not want to pay for it, and they never came backWe also took pictures of broken shingles, and the top of the chimney, and showed them to his wife and him, and he asked what could be done about all the cracks in the concrete top of the chimney? I said I didn't know, it looks like if the cracks were filled with a concrete crack filler, that may be the problem, but, I couldn't be positiveSo, he asked how much I would charge him to fill the cracks, and I said, "Nothing", as we really don't do that type of workSo, he said could you at least try, so we can possibly stop the already massive damage? I said, I'll try to help you, but I can't assure you it will work, and I won't be responsible for it to stop the problem leak, he said, "Thank you" !!! And then, before starting the fascia & back patio soffit repair, and paint job, he asked what would I charge him to pressure wash his roof, which had a lot of old mold & dirt and whatever else, and I told him, I really don't do that, because I have no idea how it would turn out, and I didn't want to be responsible for the outcome, no matter what, and he asked if I would at least try, since he cannot find any to clean it, and I told him again, I DO DOT do that, and will be contracted to do so, and be in any way responsible for any outcome of end resultHe said, "Please if you can just try & help me with it, I'd appreciate it." I said, Mr***, ok, I'll try & help you with it, as a neighbor, but I will not be responsible, for the outcome, nor will I charge youHe said again, Thank you, nobody seems to want to help me! So we cleaned it as well as we could, as a neighborly favor, and he said "It looks so much better, thank you." Absolutely no damage was done, other than to existing problems he hadSo, started the actual job, we were contracted to do, and completed it, along with quite a bit of freebies, to go along with itWe did our final walk, and he paid me, and said "Thank you, it looks Great!!! Then he told me that he was going to have his newest insurance company come out, and see if they would finally, cover his many years of existing roof issues, he said, "I'm not going to tell them that you were on the roof, as they may say, there was SHOTTY work done, and turn me down, like before!" I told him, I have nothing to do with his roof issues, or the insurance people, as I was only contracted to repair a little wood work & paintSo, I will not lie, or have any comments allHe said "OK, Thank you for all you didSo, apparently, the newest insurance company came out, and somehow, the blame for all of his roof issues were, placed on me, which now, I've figured to be a way, to try to make someone responsible for the problem, and try to get someone to pay for it, and after all of the people that were on his roof over the years, he finally tried to trap me, and blame mewith the fact that not all contractors are honest, this just goes to show, that not all customer's are honest eitherYou try to help someone, like Mr***, and he tries to manipulate the situation, into a way of getting something for nothingI was not contracted to do any roof work, and only tried to help a neighbor, who turned out to be as dishonest as you could imagineI have the contract, and it states no work to be done on his roof, and he knows that as wellI even replaced the back patio ceiling soffit as a result of roofing issues as well, and he said all along, "I can't stand these insurance companies, that take your money, but won't cover any existing roof issues!" this complaining person, is manipulative conn artist, and the type of person who, hopefully doesn't get away, with such accusations, in attempt to gain something, at an innocent person's expenseI owe him nothing, and he owes me nothing, but I will say a prayer for him, that's it!!!

Measurements were given to me by ***, one of his (Mr ***) associatesThe measurement & work to be done, were wrong by 50%*** later told me that those measurements, were prior to patio cover change, & I got took by a third party exchange type of quoteMr *** was fully aware of that, & expected me to cut into his existing 18" standing seam main house metal roofing, flash it, & then out of nowhere, a stone chimney was being built, up thru the new patio cover, without my knowledge, & I was expected to grind it out & flash it as well, but not in the contract"You build a tpatio cover, you flash it, & you build a extruding chimney thru the new roof, you flash it!!!" This individual clearly tried to use me to cut cost, & is trying to make my well established company look badHe has brought me to one conclusion"Sucker some small company into saving me MONEY!!!" So sad, those type of people are out there

This complaint is Totally without merit, & clear & calculated attempt by the complaining company, to many prior existing roof damage problems, to be taken care of by anyone, they can get to be responsableI will go into detail more, after speaking with my attorney & the Revdex.com.***

I am rejecting this response because:? Contract states under description:Metal RoofCool Solutions will apply a new guage standing seam metal roof in Brown color, to new patio cover addition, with new valley flashing, z-trim & ridge caps, with ridge vented, new drip edge, with all material, & labor complete.? Work to start within days of material delivery, & completion within 5-days, all weather permitting.? Amount charges $7,800.00.No measurements were sent to *** or Cool Solutions for roof project.? *** *** personally came to our residence and review and spoke to me about what needed to be done.? New patio roof was completed for installation of roof and was also shown cut out for fireplace to be flashed.? *** is not my assistant, but the contractor I hired to build patio cover.? I do not understand why *** *** is saying he was lied to about amount of material, because he came out and gave me a bid to complete job.? I agree I asked him to hurry as quickly as possible, so we could get patio roof dried in before it started ? raining.? We had so much rain in November & December that I did have some rain come in my house.? I never spoke to him in a demeaning manner.? I called him several times to ask when he was coming to complete job? because we were working against rain.I hired several contractors for this project:? ***, to build patio cover, Rock contractor to build fireplace and lay flag stone, granite contractor, electrician, plumber & roofer.? Yes I wanted everything to be finished before Christmas if possible, but installing the roof had nothing to do with that.? I needed roof installed and installed correctly to prevent water damaged from rain and prevent damage to the patio cover and my house where roof was tied in.In addition to the me having to hire a new roofing contractor to tear off roof installed by Cool Solutions and replace correctly, I also had to pay an additional cost to remove Solar Panels and reinstall Solar Panels to the patio roof because of the poor workman ship of Cool Solutions.I did inform *** ***? that since he would not respond to my complaint, I was going to report him to Revdex.com.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

I am rejecting this response because:*** ***, owner of this roofing company has failed on numerous occasions to resolve leaking issues and skylight flashing leaks that have occurred since roof was replaced by him on SeptWe have made numerous calls that he won't return and as a result of him not being in contact with us the Sheetrock in the living room needs to be replaced and repaintedWe have sent emails, have called him to no availI wouldn't recommend he put a top on our dog's house! The shingles he used were nowhere near the quality that he took off!
