Had a nail in my tire Went to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and it was fixed with no problems

I was absolutely appalled by the customer service that was given to me over the phoneThe agent on the other end of the line was [redacted] and anything but helpfulMy water pump failed on my vehicle and instead of trying to help me along with the the problem at hand he simply stated that my 2000$ warranty was not covering "noise"After weeks of my dealership trying to haggle with them they finally put the claim through [redacted]

[redacted] they told me that if I bought a different vehicle in the future that I could transfer my policy, or cancel it, I tried to transfer it and they told me today that they wont permit me to They said it was in the contract, but all I got was one page which does not state that anywhere So I asked to cancel it and they said I could not cancel it either [redacted] ***

I am so happy with the service I received from coast to coast warrantyMy children have a rare thyroid disease and I need my van running at all timesI had the ultenator go on my van and it was the fasted warranty work I have ever had doneThe problem was found the paperwork was sent to coast to coast and I got approval for the workI was back on the road with only waiting the amount of time to repair my vanMe and my children thank coast to coast and I will definitely buy another extended warranty
