On 11/17/19 I was asked if someone could come in and clean my carpet. Did not explain about 3 day cancelation
Acct XXXXX XXX. I'm disable and I can not use this vacuum. Salesman did not verbally tell me about the 3 day cancelation policy. I Could not even find my contact until 12/13/19 in the kirby box. I just want then to void my contact and come pick this vacuum up. I have not even used it.
I contacted them on 12/13/19. They said their was nothing they could do. I told they to void the contract since noone told me verbally about the 3 day cancelation. They said no.
