Review: I have a company called coast to coast financial solutions, they are a debt collector, they contacted me more than one time saying I owe coldwellbanker $164,872.00 they also sent it to the credit bureaus, so far its only on equfiax, that I owe this amount, I contacted coldwellbanker 5 months ago and have spoke to Erin who is the property manager of that office, she at that time had told me that they have never heard of this coast to coast agency, and they only use mcoin mcoin and bunch. to collect their debts owed to them, futhermore all I actually owe them is $1,393.00 now I have this coast to coast company trying to run a scam on me and get me to pay them some kind of money, and trying to ruin my credit score in the process, this company is a scam,the property manager of the real coldwellbanker is erin and her phone number is ###-###-####. I let coast to coast know 3 months ago that I talked to erin the property manager of coldwellbanker for the last 2 years she informed me coldwellbanker has not hired coast to coast and knows nothing about them, I should not give coast to coast any money that is owed to coldwellbanker know 3 months later im hearing from coast to coast again only this time they sent it as an unpaid collection account to equfiax, coast to coast financial solutions is not doing legemit business, if they running scams on people with mental problems like this and are trying to get people to pay them an essesive amount of money that is not owed and they have nothing to do with in the first place, coast to coast needs to reverse the lies they reported to the credit bureaus if possible someone needs to press charges on coast to coast and get something done,Desired Settlement: I would like a written document from them stating that I do not owe this amount and coast has nothing to do with coldwellbanker, because coldwellbanker assured me they will press charges on coast to coast if this matter consist. and it also needs to delete from the credit reports as well.

Review: Coast to Coast financial solutions has placed a collection notice on my personal credit report. I order material from Fences4less.com online for the company I work for.They refuse to removed it from my credit report. When I asked for the copy of the invoice they reply send your request in writing. The Letter they mailed to me with my work address has all the contact info for fences4less and you can barley see there concact info. Payments need to be sent to fences 4 less inc p.o. box [redacted] valley center CA 92082. Why don't I have there mail to address? Is this a scam where they are just placing it on my credit report cause the company I work for is disputing some of there charges.Desired Settlement: Removal from My personal credit report and damages for my time and lost of a lower mortage rate.

Review: This Agency continually attempts to collect a debt in which is not owed. I have disputed it verbally and in writing numerous times. I've spoken to management and they have gotten rude with me. They have called me numerous times in a harassing nature and do not have nor ever received permission to dial my cell phone. This account has been on my credit report impacting my score and in turn impacting my interest rates on other accounts. They sent me a statement that appears to be made out of quicken or something. I never asked for this service or ever signed anything for it. I requested proof of me asking for the service but to date never have received. There are multiple infractions to FDCPA, FCRA and TCPA.Desired Settlement: My desired solution would be to have this removed from my credit report within 30 days of this submission and failure to do so will result in further actions taken.

Review: I have received several letters from this company "Coast to Coast Financial Solutions" and have spoke on the phone to them three times. They have stated they are collecting from a greatfurnituredeal.com which I had never heard of before all of this started. I never bought anything from either of these companies never knew they existed and never received any goods or services from either of them. Please stop and figure it out. Thank you.Desired Settlement: This all stems from fraud with my credit card, US Bank would be happy to talk with you - ###-###-#### - Fraud Prevention Representative. I noticed that my credit card available balance back in May was extremely low, I called US Bank and they stopped the transactions from being posted to my account and contacted greatfurnituredeal.com that there was fraud. I live in Illinois, the company is in Utah and the purchase was made from another country? I just don't understand why they would process?

Review: I was reviewing my credit report for a mortgage and noticed an $89 debt from COAST TO COAST Financial Solutions. I contacted their representatives and they told me that theyre collecting for a Republic Trash which I havent heard of them. Their representative also told me that they would remove the debt from my credit report if I pay the $89 even. So, I paid the company $89 to remove it from my credit report if it's not mine but company refused to remove after receiving my payment. I faxed and send certificated mail on June 3, 2015 but havent received any response. My file number 65[redacted]2-7.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to prove that I have a debt and any signed contracts. If they cannot prove it, I want the company to remove the derogatory information from three credit report agencies (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion)

Review: They are pursuing collection for Allied Waste in the amount of $521.03two months service which they contends they are entitle for two month after the service ended. The service ended in December, 2012.My complaint is that I notified Allied Waste in November, 2012 that I sold the building and no longer needs their service at end of December, 2012. They did not provide the trash pick service for the months of November and December, 2012 and placed me in very inconvenient positionsfor I had a lot of trash in those two months. Although the services werenot provided even though I made numerous request for them to please pickup the trash, I paid for those two months. Now they turned over to thecollection agency and they inform me that check my credit in one week, connotating that they will destroy my credit rating. I urge them to suein small claim court to resolve the matter. But they chose to ruin my credit instead.Desired Settlement: Not to make further harrassement. If they feel they have legitimate claim, then to resolve through Revdex.com. I wish to take them to small claimcourt, but I do not have any claim against for them for the contractstate that 60 days notification is required to cancell the contract and the fact that two months they did not provided services is theirway out for not servicing me for two months.

"According to the public records this property was transferred on 2/11/13. Account was cancelled effective 2/28/13 bin removed due to new owner wanting us to remove it going with a different hauler. On 12/31/12 Dale customer called to advised us gate is open they will be closing early for us to pick up trash this was in December 2012. On 12/26/12 Dale called to stop service. We have no notes in October or Novemeber of 2012 what so ever from customer regarding complaints about the picking up trash".

Copies of the Invoices are attached and Consolidated Disposal maintains that the charges are valid.

As I stated before, their business practice is unfair and unreasonable.

When they received a notification that the contract will be terminated in November, they stopped their

service and eventhough those two months which I did not received any services, they are still pursing

additional two months.

Such a business practice is uncall for and someone have to displine their practice.

Review: I am extremely upset that this account was submitted to collection. Your letter copy attached states: Despite our clients previous efforts this matter remains unresolved.

I was never contacted by the San Jose Mercury News at any time. My first notification was failure to deliver the newspaper on May 2, 2014.At that time I contacted the San Jose Mercury News and was notified the delivery was terminated due to non-payment. Apparently the credit card they had

on file had passed its expiration date but I was never notified. At that time I gave them a credit card over the telephone and the $66.73 due for the past 3 months was processed. Two days later, I received notification they had processed the payment (copy attached).

I need verification from you in writing that your notice will not affect my credit rating in any manner. I cured this problem prior to receiving your notice and was shocked to find San Jose Mercury News would turn my account over to collection before contacting me. If I had not called, I would never had been aware there was a payment problem in the first place.

I have enjoyed my subscription to the San Jose Mercury over many years, but I find this collection action heavy handed, offensive and not factual.

Also, they do not report items of this nature so there has been no negative reporting through the credit bureaus.

Review: They are trying to collect a bill in the amount of 57.34 which I PAID on 08/29/2013 through Republic Services (Allied Waste) the original company for the debt. They reported this to credit agencies weeks after it was paid, I was told 9/15/2013 it was reported. I have talked to Republic Services they said they see that it was paid yet refuse to notify THEIR OWN collection agency to have them remove this debt and stop harassing me every day with phone calls and to update my credit report. I sent in a copy of the payment made as well as a copy of the paid invoice on the Republic website to Coast to Coast in early Sept, still they harass me. Still they want me to pay this bill twice.Republic needs to take accountability and report payments made to their own collections agency to inform them that the debt is paid. They say this is their standard practice and they refuse to call, email or mail to update that this debt is collected.Desired Settlement: I will NOT remove this complaint UNTIL I have confirmation that the debt is removed from Coast to Coast financial, proof provided to me that they contacted and updated my credit rating that this was paid in full BEFORE they reported it to the credit agency and notice that they are going to fix this for future clients. Also I need knowledge of how they plan to fix this for future clients. They should communicate directly with their own collections agency.

I would greatly appreciate it if the account was delete off my credit reports since I paid it in full. Review: After cancelling my subscription to the "Pasadena Star News" the paper stopped being delivered and the auto-payment on my credit card stopped - all good so far. Then two years go by living in Pasadena all good; no paper, no charges. I recently retired and moved from Pasadena to Montana, and what starts back up on an auto-payment after 2 years on my credit card recently? Yes, charged for the paper. I called the credit card to reverse as it was fraud. I never recieved a newspaper, bill, or any contact before this from Pasadena-Star News. Now I get a collection notice from "Coast to Coast Financial" collection agency for the paper and interest. Review: My grandfather used clark pest control and didnt pay it and it went into collections, when it went into collections it went on my credit. When I called them to inform them of my mistake they said they wont get rid of it till I send them my drivers license and my grandpas drivers license. I am 21 working a minimum wadge job living on my own, I have never used clarks pest control and they have screwed my credit up because of it and the refuse to switch it to my grandpa from my credit. I have even called clark and they said they realize that it isnt my bill. I want it taken off my credit.Desired Settlement: I want the collection off my credit ASAP
