The order that we received only contained unitThe person who did the return has clearly noted the package only contained hearing aid

Hello,We sent the merchandise out, there is a weight to the package upon [redacted] receiving itIf you received the envelope damaged as the [redacted] label states, they lost your merchandise in the mail.We are more than happy to send out a replacement, but would need a claim number in order to do so.If the [redacted] is giving you an issue we would need you to send us the damaged package with a note that you need a replacement.Thank you.Customer Service?

The items were returned and there was a delay in the refund process due to circumstances out of our controlThe refund check was processed and was mailed out on March to the address provided in Michigan

YOU WOULD OF HAD TO OPEN THE PACKAGE IN SIDE THE MAILING ENVELOPE TO SEE THEM. I DO NOT LIE. MAYBE YOUR PEOPLE DID NOT OPEN THE SMALL PKG. IN THE ENVELOPE JUST ASSUMED IT WAS ONE UNIT. Hello [redacted] , I just looked into our email program and cannot locate an email from you, what email address were you sending correspondence to?We have a day money back guarantee period, which has more than passed.I do see that you have the extended year protection purchased, this is not an extended refund period, but a replacement period.For replacements, feel free to send the units back to the following address: Hearing Amplifiers [redacted] *** Make sure to write "Warranty Exchange" on the outside of the package and include a note inside that you would like replacmentThank you, [redacted] Hearing Amplifiers

As the customer states he returned his unit for an exchange however there was only unit in the package.We reshipped the one unit that was returnedWe cannot replace any units unless they are returnedHe only returned oneWe have double checked with both the return department and sales and there

Hello,Our 30 day policy is stated on both our printed and online advertisements. Tracking is paid for by the customer, once it arrives at our destination it shows as delivered and then there is no further tracking even if refused. Unless we pay for shipping and tracking you would not see...

anything about the return; we do not pay for return postage, we refuse the return. When a package is refused it can take a decent amount of time for the original sender to receive as there is no postage paid on it. This process can take weeks to months, but the original sender does eventually receive it.Thank you.
