According to our contract we start making the payments after we pick up the unitWe paid for the repossession which the repo company picked up on March We don't pay back paymentsIf we hadn't found a buyer for her in the first place she would have had to make her payments all along

We have spoken with the buyer many times and she gets payments madeOur contract states that once we get the unit repossessed we start making the paymentsThe contract is between the buyer and seller and we only step in once there is a default which we do

Ms*** contacted us to purchase a motor home through our program and gave us $13,for our commissionShe went ahead to pick up the coach even though I told her she had to wait until the coach was ready and then told the seller she was going to use it for years and give the coach backThe
seller decided not to give her the coach because he didn't want it back and he informed us not to send any more buyers and that he was pulling his listingWe inform all our buyers that that we set up these deals for a period of time and then there is a balloon payment due at the end to pay the coach offOn top of that the buyers including Ms*** sign a broker agreement stating the the moneys are non refundable but may be used toward the purchase of another RV by the buyer or a relative or friendMs*** still has that credit with us and can use it at any timeIf we need to we can send that broker agreement with Ms***'s signature

We are working on this to either get the RV back or get the payments caught up.

[redacted] didn't make any monthly payments so we had the RV repossessed and the lien holder picked it up from the Repo yard.

According to our contract we start making the payments after we pick up the unit. We paid for the repossession which the repo company picked up on March 8. We don't pay back payments. If we hadn't found a buyer for her in the first place she would have had to make her payments all along.

For months you have promised to either get back payments or repossess and remarket the RV, you have performed none of your contractual agreements.  Three back payments and three reserve payments are required or remarket RV.  You are responsible for June's payment which was due on the third and any future payments until you handle your contract default.
