information I will amend tax returns for 2012, 2013, and if needed in order get the maximum use of the amount the IRS should have refunded for There is a carryback and a carryover provision in the code and we attempted to advance the benefit to the taxpayer by utilizing the carryback The IRS has twice been provided the requested info (with the original filing) and again in There will be no charge to the client to handle the amendments. ** *** ***
