DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COAST TO COAST!
They fall short in the following areas:
workmanship
project management
integrity
I have multiple examples to share in each area but will try and limit it to one
Workmanship: They were contracted to apply texture in multiple areas of my home They did this, however they DID NOT SAND before applying paint
Project Management: It was rare that I had a vendor show up at my home knowing what they were there to do Case in point, areas of my home were to be painted including the ceilings The painters left without painting the ceilings
Integrity: Coast to Coast submitted the initial insurance claim on my behalf Rene H found subsequent damage and on multiple occasions told both myself and my husband that he would submit the claim to the insurance company by a certain date He never did When I went to Jonathan R, the owner of the company (Vista location), he stated that submitting the claim was contingent on payment in full This had never been part of the conversation He was asking for payment for a job which at that point was not complete and was not satisfactory
