The reply from the representative was very incomplete and thus not entirely true.  After the company initially contacted me and asked me to assist them with this project, I received four subsequent emails (all of which I have saved) asking to me confirm which dates
I was available to work (which was all of them); and to recruit two other people to assist them, which included having these two people provide their personal information to the company.  These two individuals were basically duped into giving out their names, addresses, SS#, etc.
I also received a phone call from the person they refer to as their "client" who gave me the details of the work I would be doing.
 
I don't expect this mystery shopping company to do anything else to resolve this matter.  I know others have taken to social media and shared their negative experiences in doing work with this company.  Perhaps this will help others from being taken advantage of in the future.

We were contracted to recruit for this company.  We sent them the names of those interested and qualified.  At this point the company reached out to those parties.   Our experience with the company has always been above board and honest.  All parties we have recruited for them have been extremely satisfied with the assignment and fast compensation.  We have reached out to the company ourselves referencing their late response to some of the interested parties we sent them and were told that their client actually had some evaluators they wished to use already before asking us to recruit so less people were required for the project at that time.  At this point we suggest that if the evaluator was contacted by this
company and told they would have the assignment then they should reach
out to them directly to resolve the issue.

Review: In July of 2014 I was contacted several times by email by a representative of Coast to Coast Scheduling Services, inviting me to take part in a series of mystery shopping experiences for our local NFL team. As part of the assignments I was asked to get others to sign up and serve as "partners" to complete these assignments in September - December of this year, which I and these other people did. I was told that we would be contacted with details and information about the assignments, which I have not been. I emailed the representative of CTCSS and asked what was happening. I received a short email back saying that it was out of her hands. I emailed again and asked for the information of whom to then contact, and received no response.

I called CTCSS and went through to 3 different people, finally speaking with a male associate who told me he'd pass my message on. But again, none of us have heard anything back. A lot of time and effort was put in by me, including recruiting and signing up other people for their company, and we have nothing in return. Very disappointing.Desired Settlement: I don't expect any outcome, but I did want to take a few minutes to let others know about this poor service, run-arounds, and no follow-through from a company which supposedly exists to evaluate the service of other businesses! Thank you.
