Harassment calls from Nicole that works for Coast To Coast Solutions, Inc. NEEDS TO STOP BEFORE WE CONTACT Revdex.com! The rudest person to ever call our company back to back! No one wants your business just based on the harassment phone calls. We will shop from amazon before we use this annoying company!

Coast to Coast has continued to harrass my bussiness on a weekly basis sometimes. This has gone on for 2 years + now. I have asked for no more calls.Have called and lodged formal complaints with the company about harrassment. Have made it clear that we will never do business and are no longer interested in phone calls. Their sales reps have said rude comments and cussed at my agents. These business practices are discusting and harrassment I am no longer prepared to deal with. If something is not done we will ask our retained legal services to get involved.Desired SettlementDO NOT CALL [redacted] APARTMENTSBusiness Response Revdex.com, in response to this complaint, [redacted] Apartments was a customer of ours, but has not purchased anything from our company since 2011. We have searched our database thoroughly to find any remaining account information for them that might be getting back to our sales reps and we cannot. We have instructed every one of them not to call this property should they see their name and number anywhere. Also, there are many companies that are similar to ours and I hope she is not confusing us with them. Thank you for your time.

Have asked call rep and managers to remove my library from their call list, to no avail. I want the calls stopped.Whenever I have asked to be removed from the lists, the person has always been agreeable and said they would do as I requested. We have pulled any material pertaining to their account and have instructed all of our sales reps to not call this business. There are many companies that offer the same line of products as we do and we hope they are not confusing us with them. We will continue to be on the lookout for their name and destroy any material found. Telemarketers lying to gain access to our property manager.11/23I got a call from Coast to Coast stating that my manager had asked them to call her. I asked where they were calling from, they said Coast to Coast. I then asked my manager if she was expecting a call from them and she didn't even know who they were. I told them that she had no clue who they were and I got hung up on.11/25 They called back and we had the same convo as 11/23..... only this time I said, "She isn't expecting a call from you and she is busy doing month end reports. The girl replied, "Oh thats why she told me to call her back." Ummmm why would she need a promotional stores help with month end? She wouldn't! So I told te girl that I needed to check with her to see if her story was correct. I put her on hold and went to ask my manager. She said no she had not needed them and does not know who they are. The girl I put on hold hung up before I could call her out. Desired SettlementI saw your response to the other complaints....Professionally, they were horrible responses. You do not try to place blame on other companies that sell the same products. I mean come on... I [redacted] you and got the XXX-XXX-XXXX number. Take resposibility for the unethical way your telemarketers conduct business. And please do not think you can blame it on rogue employees....they represent your company. If you have this many complaints you obviously are not paying close attention to what your employees are doing. Sad really, because we do buy promotional products and the company I work for is nationwide Would have been a great opportunity for your company had we not been lied to and harassed.

Continued harassing phone calls from this company.I am the office manager for a [redacted]. Ever since I began working here in late March 2016, I have received numerous, daily phone calls from this company. At first it was a male voice who was calling, always asking to speak to "the chief". At the chief's request, I screen his calls. Whenever this company called, he sent it to his voicemail. Day after day he called and got the same answer that no the chief was not available. One day he laughed and asked "if I was the [redacted] of [redacted] would I get a different response?" I was taken aback and repeated that the chief was not available. He began to swear at and [redacted] me to which I told him to please stop calling us, we are not interested and that I was going to hang up the phone. Finally, the calls stopped. That lasted for about a two months and then yesterday, the company began calling again, this time a woman. Recognizing the information on the caller ID screen, I could not believe they were starting up again. I told the woman who asked for the chief that we have previously asked them to stop calling. She started in immediately saying that she would "rather hear that from the chief" to which I said he is not available, please stop calling and I hung up. I'm not sure what [redacted] you are with, I have several in my office that do not want to be called. I will need more information as to which department you are with to further assist you. The first thing I'm going to do is find out who is calling you and take the material from them. That material is then stored in my office. The second thing I will do is announce the name of your [redacted] to the whole sales room and tell them to never call. Now [redacted] I would be lying to you if I said you would never get a call again because I encourage my employees to get referrals on every call. So somebody one day might call on accident. Once again let me apologize again for the phone calls and I will do everything I can to get them to stop.
