they were not there for the pre-determined and pre-paid appointment, then got sassy when I called.I have my copy of the appointment time. Approximately Oct. 8, a girl named [redacted] in the booth as I was walking in to [redacted] stopped me and offered a photograph deal. I gave her $10.00 cash in advance and made an appointment for 11:00 AM Oct. 26. My wife and I got dressed on that morning and called the [redacted] to see if they had set up shop yet. They had not. We called the store back about 11:20 and talked to the manager this time who said they usually do okay but he does not know what the problem is this time, "but they are not here". a girl returned our call about 1:30 and said that I had failed to come in at my "11:35 appointment", but the fact is I still have my appointment sheet that says 11:00 AM. When I pointed that out, she got a little rude and said I could come in at a different time. I said just please send me my $10.00 back. And she said "we don't refund money". I told her I kinda suspected it would be that way with this company.Desired SettlementJust ask them to return the $10.00 with an apology for rudeness. Also, the [redacted] at [redacted], ** XXXXX, (XXX) XXX-XXXX, ought to see a copy of my complaint and any settlement.
