Coast to Coast Towing

Review: The person who was towing my vehicle did not let me put the correct sticker on the vehicle. I explained that I put the incorrect one and I had the correct one. He told me just to call the manager of the apartments and have the manager call them. He also told me that there wouldn't be any chargers. I did exactly what he told me but they changed their story. I asked for the manager but they told me he wasn't available. then I asked for the driver that told me it was free but he was in [redacted]. I went home and I called back. I asked for the manager but the owner answered. I tried to talk to him but he hung up on me. He made me feel like I was nothing and he was very unprofessional. I had to call like 20 times until he answered and then he said I was lying about what the driver said, and then he hung up on me mid sentence. they lied to me several times and I believe they should not be in business. They are not professional at all.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate it if they honored the free of charge release that the driver had promised. An apology from the owner for being unprofessional to me and calling me a liar. I would also accept an apology from the driver for lying to me.
