I called Mrs*** and set up a free appointment for me to inspect the work in question on Monday 1/29/at 9:AMMark ***

I appreciate the concerns of this customerI feel the best way to rectify this matter would be for me to discuss directly with the customerOur customer service representatives are to advise our customers that we have a service call fee to come out to the homeOnce our technicians do a
