Complaint[redacted] induction range purchased nov.5 2013 after many service calls tech says can not be repaired.I want total cost refundedtook procession on Nov.5 2013 started having trouble around mid Nov. 2013 [redacted] They don't give any paper work anymore but service calls on Jan.6 2014 and also Jan.9 2014 The techs from [redacted] declared the range not repairable on a service call Feb.25 2014. and said they would not do anymore service to our range. the oven does not keep its temp.left front burner does not recognize pots that it should All the boards have been replaced many times but the same problems come back. [redacted] I do not want a replacement or a credit [redacted] I will settle for a full refund. [redacted]Desired SettlementA full refund of $2527.80 [redacted]Business Response Options were given to the customer to solve this matter. All of which were refused by the customer. this complaint has been solved by giving the custoemr a refund for the full cost he paid for the range.
