Advertised as a free sample, I received sample, then this company took $from my bank account, without warning, no invoice, no billingThey just debited it from my accountMy money was taken on 7/26/and I called on 8/17/as soon as I was made aware of the debitThe company called me back saying they cancelled my accountWhen I called again I was told that the company cannot do anythingThe sister company, Bella Labs, who also took money (the same amount of $87.63) from my account the same day, did recently refund the money into my account after an official complaint to the Revdex.comThis unopened, shrink-wrapped box of La Creme Facial Cream is sitting next to me on my desk nowEven though my call was made only days after La Creme took the money from my bank account, this company said they would not let me return this unopened product.I am struggling to pay medical co-pays to receive physical therapy after surgeryIt is key that I have these funds right away because the treatment is scheduledI am hoping that I will receive the funds in time, and want to have $back in my account

Thanks a lot Glad to let you know that they refund me $each on LA CREME and BELLALABS The products are not opened and will be shipped back Unfortunately and unwillingly I pay the mailing and handling charges both ways I would believe that they should have sent the printed terms of the purchase agreement to me by emails or in the packages of their first shipments The only emails I received were on the shipping charges $and $which I knew But they never did So I did not have a 2nd chance to review that terms If it is a careless overlook, that is a bad practice at their sides Hope it is not an intention
