HelloThis complaint is falseWe installed his system 9-8-The first time we heard form this customer since the job was completed was on 8-21-He sent a threatening email and did not call our officeI called him back to ask why he had to send a threatening email instead of simply calling us to fix a water leakThe conversation did not go well and we stated we do not appreciate the hostile tone of him or his emailDue to his threatening tone we decided we will not work with him anymoreWe did the duct cleaning the day of the job in front of the customer and also went back a few days later to do it again to satisfy him even though he watched us do it the day of the installNo codes we're brokenAll we did was replace old equipmentWe did not replace any drains, we simply connected to his existing drain which I believe runs down in his wallIt takes minutes to connect to an existing drain so the customers opinion that we cut corners to save time is 100% falseWe would never want to damage someones ceiling causing us to come back and lose money for a simple drainIf there was this drain issue the customer would have noticed the leak the first time they used the systemWe did the job almost a year before we got his email so that is impossibleIt clearly states in our proposals "Warranty does not include clogged drains if customer does not maintain their system" which this customer did notThis problem was most likely a clogged drain which was not caused by us it was caused by lack of maintenance.We did end the conversation after the customer said we intentionally sabotaged his homeWe simply do not do that or we would be out of businessI suggest anyone who reads this do a little research on our companyWe do not do anything intentionally and if we make a mistake we own up to it and fix it for free.Thank you

us to fix a water leak. The conversation did not go well and we stated we do not appreciate the hostile tone of him or his email. Due to his threatening tone we decided we will not work with him anymore.
