Coastal Appliance Repair

After agreeing to a refund the business has not given the refund. They are not answering any phone calls or emails.
On 3/16/20 Coastal Appliance came to our home to complete a diagnosis on our refrigerator. At that time they were able to identify the need and ordered the part needed. At this time we paid the total of $224.91 which included the diagnosis, labor, and part ordered. We were told that the part would be available in a week. After a week we did not hear anything from Coastal Appliance. We called several times with no call backs. We then emailed the company on 3/26/20 for an update on the part ordered. We were contacted back on 3/27/20 and were told they were inquiring about the part and would get back to as soon as possible. After not hearing back we emailed again on 4/5/20 which at this time they told us the part was available and they would come on 4/7/20 to fix the refrigerator. On 4/7/20 I received a phone call stating that the part actually wasn't received. At this time I asked for the part order to be canceled and to get a refund for the part and labor. It was agreed that I would get a refund and was told it would take 2 days to process. After a week I still had not received the refund so I sent another email on 4/15/20 with no response. I have also called on 4/23/20 and left 2 messages. I still have not heard from the company nor received the refund.
