We are disappointed to hear of your Revdex.com complaint and multiple negative reviews elsewhere online. As we've conveyed to you directly, we do not plug tires in the sidewall, nor would we sell a vehicle with a compromised tire. This vehicle was in your possession for several months and 4000 miles of...
use, including an accident documented on [redacted]. We were not given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle or attempt any other type of resolution prior to receiving a demand for the replacement cost of the tire. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of the new tire.
