I can say that the person who complained never got in touch with meOur policies are simple as we are not obligated to offer any refunds, not that we haven’t in the pastJust this month we have forfeited several thousand dollars to our customers by giving them one or two weeks FREE rent trying to
do our part for the disrupted lives due to hurricane HarveyI could give you a list of all our customers that received that free rent and I others that we have helped in the past but that would be taking up more of my valuable time which I feel I should not be forced to do due to a lady that we helped on several occasions with her RV that she had no idea how to set up and maintainIt’s sad that this person did not try harder to contact us by phone or in writing as we certainly would have taken care of this situation and avoided her wasting your time and ours*** *** *** cell
