Customer was refered to me by another contractor customer said she had a leaking duct I went by and assest the job I told her it was metal ducts and she has a different problem I told her she needed her ducts rewraped or replaced she said she didnt have that kind of money and if I can do a quick
repair I said yes but will not warranty it she said do a quick repair and we'll worry about that when she can afford it so I did a quick repair and I told her that she mite have a drain problem but she said she did not I charged her cheap because I thought I was going to replace all her duct she called me yelling and cusing me and I told her I will not refund her a penny also some she sent me pictures of the duct wrap and someone tore it all apart so im not going to return anything

I am rejecting this response because: what the man has said is a total falsehood. I realize now as when we first started that this is an unreliable person who has no remorse for his wrong doing. The pictures I sent him were not doctored in any way the truth is seen. He was supposed to fix the problem not patch and we would talk later about redoing the rest of the ducting in attic. He never gave an invoice or warranty. He told me my ducting was !metal and that was the best you could have. It didn't need replacing per him. His associate event removed the drip pan. It was cast aside. The new repairman  had to replace it along with other repair.  I was very upset when the event happened. First he wouldn't call back, then no repair, then no refund for terrible work. I got mad but I am not a filthy mouthed person. Whatever happens it is my word against his my proof is the damage and pictures. People need to know the type of work he does is unreliable. You know if I had wanted a patch that is certainly not what I got. So no matter what he says the proof is in the pictures and the damage done to my ceiling.
