Complaint# *** We installed piers around her home and to cut approx holes.refilled holes and patched concreteSome of the holes settledWe came back out with dirt and repacked the holes.concrete patches or not as strong as full poured
concrete.I have been out there several times to give her bids on roofing.sidewalks and driveways Iwas out there a bout two weeks a goTo look at the settling of dirt told her probley had a voild under slab and need to pump the voild and it would coast about $I have been out there ever time she ask me to.itold her lastTime that I would bring her dirt out in about two weeks and repack the holes again we or going out there tomorrow or the next day .we had an engineer and a permit I am.doing all I can to make her happy MR ***

A few days before we where going
to start his jobMr*** called well after the grace period and he stated he wanted to cancel his contractWe have every intention of giving his refund to him but we have been rained out almost every week
We are a small company and it may take some time but he will get his money So sorry that it is not our fault and we can't control "Mother Nature"

On or about March 2, I entered a contract with the ***They said a plumber had found a hole in the drain pipe under the tub drain, holes and over flowed pipeTo14 Mrs*** it would cost $3,to tunnel approximately 10'to this section of pipeTunnel in and
found the bad pipe, replaced all bad pipe in this section of bath tub, over flow and bottom drain pipeShowed Mrs*** the old pipe that was replaced and told Mrs*** that another drain line running in to this section was running up hill and that we needed to tunnel further in and reset this line so 4t would drain properly. She said no that they were going out of town and it did not need itSo we repacked tunnel a few days later she called back and said it was not draining rightI went out and looked at it and told her about the up hill lineShe would have nothing to do with it so I plunged it out and it seems to work betterI told her it could have had some dirt in the line and might flush out, we did what we were contracted to do and what she said., another plumber told her what was needed, if a drain line is running up hill it will drain properly, it needed to be tunneled in approximately another 10' and reset this line. I offered to retunnel in and check our work, I would like to see what the new plumber did as far as work or a repair bill or something because T know it will not drain with out this line

Problem:Work was not performed, $3000 deposit not returned. Not fair to keep money when no work was performed. $3000 is a lot of money.
