We notified customers that the Thursday pick up would be on Friday due to mechanical issues The route was run on Friday and customers in the Spring Branch area did not have their trash carts out for service We will pick up any extra trash on this Thursday pick up day to include any extra from last week

Notes: Wife called office to check if we received payment on line 4-3-15, we did not see payment asked for transaction ID Three weeks later husband called because we tagged can for past due and to call us Husband was angry said we never talked to wife and he wants to cancel and not pay past due He never mentioned any service issues at that time and we advised we were waiting for return call for proof of purchase He raised his voice saying "Come get the can" The past due was owed for 4th quarter of Did not ever pay in for service and only paid his first payment from 2nd quarter of in March of We kept servicing customer up until we put notice on can for non payment His entire account was never up to date and we only received first payment after over days past due We never heard any issues of bad service Conversations, dates and times are all recorded in our system

I am rejecting this response because: my issue is not only with trash service last week. My trash has not been picked up for the past weeks. I have over weeks of trash piled up at my house. I have been in communication with this company on an almost daily basis for over two weeks. They have promised to pick up my trash almost every day and have failed to do so every time. They have made one excuse after another. I was told last Wednesday that the owner would personally come and pick it up. Again, they didn't show up and didn't contact me to let me know they weren't coming. I can not imagine any worse customer service than this.

This address has been placing multiple carts for pick up, over 5, and only paying for one cart since October 2014.  The problems started when only one cart was picked up and he had to call for additional pick up. Last week this location had 7 carts at curbside for service.  Over the agreed...

upon number of 5.  I would think free service for over 7 months on his additional carts would be enough for customers especially since he refused to pay for past free service.  I do not think we can satisfy this customer as our verbal agreement seems to not be valid.  We will pick up our carts and let him seek service with another provider.
