This company has the brand license for SnTools The customer service is poor I have had multiple orders lost I record the date and customer service rep who I placed order with and many times they have had no record of my orders When I requested to speak with a manager, I was hung up on Even when the mistake is theirs, they will not help expedite shipping When shoes/boots were purchased we were told they offered repairs A pair of shoes that were $were purchased in September In May the stitching started coming out Called for repair and was told they no longer do repairs So now our customer has a pair of $shoes that are months old that are useless and there is nothing we can do about it and nothing the manufacturer will do to help We will no longer be selling their shoes
