Review: I hired them to take my son and his friends to the prom they dropped the kids off late and charged me a whole hour and a 15% tip to the driver that dropped them off late. The driver had plenty of time, 4 hours to get them there on time. They charged my card without my permission also. I spoke to the owner he said it's not my problem.Desired Settlement: I want the $90.00 back.

Review: Paid fee in full for service in advance online using visa. Two separate $500 debits were posted to my acct in the next two months. They stole $1,000

Sat 12-11-2010. Reserved limo on line paid $38.70 by visa on line for down payment for reservation number RIDE #[redacted]. Confirmed 4 hr ride (6:30p-10:30p) for total price of $309.60. Amt due to driver was $270.90 upon pickup. Which driver [redacted]-- cell ph ([redacted]-- asked for my visa card prior to our riding in limo as he needed visa for any damages. I signed deposit paper that I'd be responsible for damages but there was not damages or cleanup. My visa card is also a debit card for my bank of America accout. I never authorized a debit card. Only visa charge card. We used limo til 10pm (only 3 and half hrs-- after paying for 4 hrs). Also tipped driver [redacted] well by purchasing him a $90 lobster dinner. There were 2 passengers. He drove us from Carmichael to Folsom for dinner & back home (approx 20 min each way). Upon drop off I asked driver [redacted] to inspect limo as it was perfectly in same condition. He agreed it was fine and left. On 12-20-10 there was a surprise $500 debit to limo from my debit card acct at bank of America. On 2-14-11 there was a second $500 debit to limo. I called owner [redacted] who said someone else must've ran it thru for smoking/ cleaning. He gave all sorts of nonvalid excuses & refused to return my $1,000. No one smoked in limo & It was clean when it left us. We just rode in it. No food or drink to mess it up. I asked [redacted] why two $500 charges? He denied even receiving the second $500. Bank confirmed he got total of $1,000 by debitting my acct. he has refused to return this $1,000 after multiple attempts. Bank of America wasn't successful in getting charges reversed either when I asked for assistance. My bank america acct # is [redacted]. Since its a $1,000 theft, can I file police report &/or file suit for grand theft? It's been a little over 2 years. I fought it awhile but then became very ill for almost 2 years. So haven't been able to deal with him for ~ a year. When does statute of limitations run out on theft of $500 twice or $1,000 in CA? Is bank of America liable at all for not reversing charges?
