I am rejecting this response because:The response from Coastal Cabinets does not address the 20% off the total bill of $which would be fair, considering the problems with the products, problems with completion, lack of communication and continuous delaysTwo reasonable deadlines (3/10/and 4/8/17) for finishing the job were asked to be met and they failed.?

I am rejecting this response because:The response from Coastal Cabinets does not address the 20% off the total bill of $5124.00 which would be fair, considering the problems with the products, problems with completion, lack of communication and continuous delays. Two reasonable deadlines (3/10/17 and 4/8/17) for finishing the job were asked to be met and they failed.

not sure what it means that they are not accredited but I think they should be. got everything I needed done perfect
