for me at rental homesOne was in Cocoa and the other in Melbourne
They were completed as scheduled at an extremely fair price
They also did a service call that involved the pulling and cleaning
on a condenserThey completed the work within hours of me placing the call
They will be my first choice for future air conditioning needs
I submitted a complaint on it was in error I had information given to me by ***.Who came and performed different repairsThe owner of courtesy air came and showed me where to find the correct date of manafacture of the unit it was and not 2002.I am sorry for the misunderstanding
Very rude an unprofessional Left rude messages on my phone via text an voice mail needless to say did not go with this company due to how I was treated
After waking up one Friday morning to extremely soggy carpet in a back bedroom area, I immediately called Brenda at Courtesy Air & Heat and, although they were already very busy that day, she was able to get Robert here in less than hours to clear the clogged drain plug in the a/c unit Whew thank you so much to the Courtesy Air & Heat team for getting here so expeditiously and on a Friday too!! I would highly recommend Courtesy Air & Heat to friends and family members
