I contacted Henry at Coastal Car Transport to transport my Versa from Chicago to LAXDidn't know what to expect but this experience was fabulous Henry was very helpful and walked me through the steps The price was what was quoted with no extras I had to postpone the pickup twice --problems on my part He was most courteous with me when I postponed When car was finally ready, he had a great driver to my house with to hours My daughter had the car in great shape days later Can't say enough good things about Henry and Coastal Car Transport

Henry was awesome. He always answers calls and if he doesn't, he calls you back immediately even if you don't leave a voice message. Phone calls are a lost art now and everyone just wants to text you information. I like phone calls because it makes me feel comfortable knowing what kind of people I am dealing with even though it's just their voice on the other line. The customer services is to notch and I would definitely use them again next time. My vehicles arrived safe and in the same condition as when they were picked up AND they arrived 2 days early at the destination.

Coastal Car Transport did the job. I needed to transport a 2015 Focus ST for work and I contacted various other companies and received no response or no follow up on our quote. Coastal was prompt, very easy to schedule as everything was done online, and we placed the order with no issues on a Saturday. The car was picked up and delivered exactly on the dates promised. The car was dirty being on an open trailer, but this was expected as we chose the option and for the value we have absolutely no complaints. The car was otherwise in perfect condition. We needed a vehicle transported to our college son in State College, PA. I have used Coastal Car 2 other times. As expected they delivered a driver to us and dropped the vehicle off to my son. Simple transaction. The vehicle was picked up on time, I received confirmation that it was in route and my son received a phone call that it was in Pennsylvania. In the end, Henry and Coastal Car Transport Inc rose to the top of the heap. Henry was clearly knowledgeable, and did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the status of my transport. The carrier he hired was also very good, and Henry was able to give me a great deal for an enclosed carrier that I could not refuse. I highly recommend Coastal, and especially Henry, for your car transport needs.

The driver picked up and delivered my car when promised. They kept in communication and my car was in perfect condition upon arrival. They arrived in hot and humid Georgia around 9 pm and after what I could tell was a long day, they were so patent with me as I inspected my car and made sure I was satisfied.
