We were a vendor for the previous owner of the restaurantThe new owner contacted us to pick up our equipment from the locationUnfortunately, there was a cylinder that was missing from the location and it took some time rectifyWe sent our representative back to the location to perform an audit in search of the cylinder, but they were unsuccessful in locating itBills and statements were still being sent to the location as the name and address on the original account are the same as the new ownerships, but when we were notified of the ownership change there was no further collection activityThese statements should have been redirected so that the new owner was not under the impression that we were attempting to collect for the balance of the previous owner.?
