We paid in full and never received the product. We had pictures done the weekend of Easter by [redacted] the owner of the business. It has now been over 3 months since the photo session, we have tried calling, messaging, and emailing Mrs. [redacted] with no luck. In total we paid $488, $200 of this was paid by debit card directly, the other $288 was paid by debit card over PayPal. We did a dispute with PayPal and received the $288 back, but have yet to receive the $200 from Mrs. [redacted].Desired SettlementI am looking to receive my $200 back that was not refunded.

October 26th [redacted] met with my family to take our family photos. There were 4 families, my parents, my sister and hers, my brother and his, and my own. We all had our family photos taken as well as several large group photos taken. We were all disappointed when the photos we received only had 1 of the large group photos, though several were taken. Then [redacted] told us we would receive a CD of the photos within the week. A week later nothing. Two weeks later nothing. [redacted] was nearly impossible to get a hold of. In the begining we had access to the website to download the photos. But after about two weeks our photos disappeared and none of us had downloaded them. So we had paid her up front and had nothing to show for it. We all tried contacting her, phone messages, text, email, FB messages. No response. Finally I emailed her and let her know I wanted to purchase some photos from the site, she emailed me back that day. I downloaded the pics and ordered some. $113 dollars later I still have no photos. Again I tried to contact her and she said they were in the mail. 3 weeks later I still have no photos. I contacted my credit card company and they refunded my credit card. So at least I have my money and the downloaded pictures. [redacted] is unresponsive. In the beginning I praised her work in my emails hoping that would get a response, but nothing. The only thing she responded to was the opportunity to get more money. She was nice and good spirited the day of the photo shoot but a very poor business woman who cares not if you get your product you paid for. I would not recommend her, especially not for weddings or births, or birthday moments. I don't know why she runs her business this way but she is truely stealing from families. It is very sad when you can't even trust a photographer. Really what is she going to do with all those pictures she has of other people anyway. How hard is to put a CD in the mail? It was in the conrtact that we would get a CD and for all the hours I have spent wasting my time attempting to get the CD or the prints, and the time spent on the phone with my credit card company to justify her theft of $113 for the order I made.
